I didn't know this shanty, so I also listened to the version of The Long Johns to get an idea about the lyrics. You again turned it into a marvelous piece, with the low and high harmony. Thanks for this jewel.
I know that only in your incredibly talented performance can I listen to such an absolutely phenomenal cover of this magical music, this is what makes you unique and special. Thank you CutiePie 👍👏🌹🌹🌹💕.
uestion where do you go to get the sounds you cover? Do you search TH-cam, you have a lot of Irish music in your house or do you have a lot of Irish friends who play this music and give you subjestions?
@@williemacon30 Fans suggest tunes, and I also look for 'popular Irish music' or in this case 'popular sea shanties' online. I watch a few different versions and then come up with my own ideas from there 😊
Hey, thank you very much it is my favourite shanty and i have sheet music for it, but your version is way better. As always a pleasure to listen to you. Greetings from Germany!😊 BTW there might be a mistake with the whistle-link in your description.
Your tutorials have been an awesome resource. I was only able to get an $8 Sweetone at a local store but am ready for something with a bit sweeter of a tone.. would you be willing to recommend me a whistle in the sub $100 range?
@@justintuesday8483 Dixon DX005 is a nice next step. Or Lír whistles if you want to go all out. You could try Killarney whistles, or Mcneela Wild whistle (I haven't tried it but reviews are good)
@@CutiepieTinWhistle well.. I was thinking the Dixon was exactly what I was looking for but figured I would peek at the others.. I knew it was a mistake the minute to saw the Lír… in for a penny I suppose..
Maybe this wasn’t supposed to be funny but I thought it was hilarious. Now I want a pirate outfit. Aaaargh!
@@thomashonea9164 I'm here for you entertainment 😁🤣

Thanks for the tutorial, by the way you put the wrong link in the description for the carbony whistles
Thank you, I've updated it ❤
Wow one of the best covers! Costume, harmony, and the cajon! Makes me think of Assassin's Creed Black Flag!! Have you covered Leave Her Johnny?
Thank you, so pleased you loved it! I have, but only as a short. Useful to learn from though: th-cam.com/users/shorts1F7ayfguAlo?si=ibjtUZ4q1Q2MytTC
