Repotting Tropical Hibiscus

- Sorry for the length of this video... i tried cutting parts out to make it a little shorter...lol
This Hibiscus has not been flowering well for me this year... and i have been having some yellowing of the leaves. the soil would stay dry and i would water it very frequently, So i decided to RE POT :)
