In this video I install the side mirrors on each door. These bullet mirrors have a longer stalk and an angled base to improve the view. Background Music BenSound.com
Had some issue's fitting these type of mirrors, the grub screw isn't a sharp enough angle to bite into the plastic behind just kept skipping over the top, would have thought if they made the plastic behind just 1cm bigger would have made a massive difference.
Are these bullet mirrors convex to give wide angle view? My '88 has rectangular door mirrors and they are very narrow view angle....basically pretty bad for checking what's in other lane.
Thanks for the video ...just received those mirrors with no instructions and i was lost !
Good video mate 👍
Great video... cheers
Thanks for showing how these mirrors mount, I have some for my MGB though came without any instructions or the fixing screws - all very confusing!
Did you install them on the mg yet? Looking at some for mine.
@@101lilwest not as yet though looks like an easy enough job all fixed from the outside. It's the original spec as you may know...
@@flickthenick oh ok yeah it looks like a easy job to install

Thanks - takes the guesswork out as I have just received these same mirrors with no instructions.
