Hell yeah recognition for Gwen's vocal technical ability! People focus too much on our sopranos, not realizing that some of the other girls (imo Gwen and Mikha) are very technical in their vocal ability too.
Your comment on the other video pushed me on doing an analysis on this video and opo, yung concert version is something that really needs a solid breakdown 🤙
Commendable din yung ginagawa ni Colet sa part nya...kumuha sya hangin sa hindi inaasahang part para maibuga ng malinis yung buong verse. Kung hindi technical...hindi magagawa yun ng malinis.
another great analysis. with a lot of late Blooms we often got into their discography from newer songs going back and first hearing Strings made me feel whiplashed in a good way. It shows the many facets of Bini and how rich their tracks are in terms of diversity. bwahahaha even ling ling meow was analyzed lol
I am a late Bloom myself! I started getting into BINI when they were around 350k+ subs on TH-cam. Literally few weeks after that, BINI was all of a sudden all over the place and yeah man. When they perform, you'll see an entire picture of the Philippine map in their songs. That's how diverse they sound fr 🤙
Hindi po e but i've been wanting to learn hahaha! Sobrang BINI coded lang talaga ako and since we have 2 bisdaks, tapos yung ibang members, they've been also using these bisdak words like "yawa, unsa, pisti" kaya nahawa na din ako 😅
About your analysis It's awesome and you give the details of Strings by Bini the vocals of it and the ending of Lingling is awesome and the harmony rap and lines are voices of works I have a question to you who is your Bias in Bini
although this is mostly greek to me, it is definitely interesting, as it makes me aware of the mood changes in the song. Always looking forward to your analysis. Maybe you can have a primer in the future on how chord progressions communicate various emotions?
Thank you din sir! Next time i'll try to avoid using inside terms or at least explain it even further down to Layman's Terms. That is def the plan on my 2k subs! I'd be like, if you visit my channel, first thing you'll see is how chords communicate with various emotions. I think that will prevent people getting lost on these kinda contents. Def the best suggestion! 🤙
We'll definitely gonna go dito eventually. I'm tryna do BINI for now as much as possible. They inspired me to get back on track so this is my way of saying thanks to them
JKent, thank you for the changes. The tonic center in this tune shifts unpredictably, almost as if ricocheting off clouds as it falls. My question is about voice leading: Does the harmony provide enough sonic clues to signal the change when the next Bini sings? How do Binis avoid a choral train wreck?
Sir, it DOES NOT provide enough clues to signal the next BINI member who'll sing. Fortunately, it's only a battle between EbM and Ebm scale. Since they're parallel, they are only 3-note difference in between which is STILL crucial and how do they avoid the confusion? I think we're all aware that they spend most of their time on training. I'm pretty sure these notes are already printed in their brains and to be honest, i really don't know how they've been avoiding a choral train wreck. That's something amuses me to think about despite of all that constant key switches.
Grabe yung analyzation pati pusa ala kawala HAHAHA
Di makakatakas si lingling dito lods 🤣
