@Mario Most people use more than one social media so the weird people shouting their pronouns at people on twitter are probably the ones that also shout their pronouns at people on Tiktok. There's definitely congruence happening, I bet my bottom dollar. There's probably a Venn diagram out there for this.

The fact TikTok creators so frequently lose their accounts for “breaking community guidelines” when they swear or reference sex yet disturbing content like this being so widespread on the app is pretty frustrating
it can't be helped. There is just too much traffic to monitor. Especially on Twitter, there is a disturbing amount of CP trading accounts, and some even just straight-out post them publically to their feed
For anyone wondering more info on the “zombie woman” it was later found to be a stunt by some small actress. She was completely fine and even finally spoke with police after they followed her around for a good bit. That’s a weird one for sure.
There was Bodycam footage of her interaction with police and paramedics, they initially thought she was holding a dead fetus or something and she wouldn’t give up the act either… it was heartbreaking to watch the first responders try to figure out how to help her while slowly realizing it was all fake. Even after pointing out it was makeup, she still continued the act. It was fkn nuts!
@@ButtWipe69-Chan no actually this happened in Seattle Washington and there is an entire article mentioning how several people made calls to 911 and once 911 finally got the woman in custody she explained she was an actress doing it as a stunt.

The street racing guy deserves exactly what he got. There was a dude in my hometown that got let off easy on a drunk driving charge that killed a passenger that I played little league with. After his six months in jail one year later he had 4 passengers in his car and decided he could drift on to a oneway in the wrong direction at a red light. From the car he hit and his passengers he was the only one that survived. Total death count is 7
As someone who is a year away from a criminology degree, it’s disgusting to see people romanticizing killers, mass murderers, etc. I remember when, as Charlie mentioned, it was happening on tumblr. Just as gross and baffling then.
@@Gandhi_Physique I mention the degree only for the context that I have had to study these killers and their psychology pretty extensively. You’re totally right though!
It’s kinda weird. Like even Joe from You. I think the actor himself has to remind fans that he’s a serial killer in the show and to not actually have a crush on someone like that
Soon everything will get censored, from videos to comments, after the public dislike removal. Better get used to it, freedom on that website and on the internet overall is coming to an end closer and closer each year.
In the case of Devon Erickson I want people to know about Kendrick Castillo. He attacked Devon, thereby giving the other students time to escape. Sadly he was killed by Devon. And it just breaks my heart that people go around celebrating a school shooter rather than the one who gave his life while saving everyone. Kendrick is the one that should be celebrated online. He's a true hero
I was in FIRST Robotics at the time and Kendrick's sacrifice had a big impact on the community. It's just disrespectful to see his murderer idolized like this. But I guess it's better than Kendrick being the one creepily lusted after by teenage harpies online.
As a father, the story of that horrible bitch that murdered her 3 year old daughter is sickening. My daughter is that age and my heart breaks when she's crying from bumping her head on a table. I actually am very close friends with Ronnie's family, I don't know them in real life but when the whole McNutt suicide went around I felt like I had to do something. I just thought it was disgusting how people made memes and even merch, yes I said it even merch out of his passing! So I started TiK ToK by spreading Awareness on TikTok about veterans with PTSD. Ronnie was a war veteran with severe PTSD and depression, he was unfortunately extremely intoxicated while live streaming that night before he took his life. He initially misfired the gun in the beginning which prompted everyone to call him but towards the end his girlfriend did call him and said something like, I don't know how to help you. So yes, it did trigger him... that's when he said the infamous last words "hey guys I got it" and shot himself. I was mostly disgusted with people making him out to be some sort of joke and resending the video to family, to this day the family tells me that they still get videos and memes about Ronnie's videos and gore stuff. How vile do you have to be to do this gross shit? It's the same generation that will cancel you for saying something offensive 25 years ago, but this is okay.
Damn that is truly awful, and I’m so sorry that they’re going through that. Its so awful to me that people are willing to do that and find that so funny, but in real life I’ve never encountered anyone who’d act like that.. People on the internet get the balls to act like pure scum. I hope one day they are able to come to terms with their grief. It is people like you who try to care and stand up for what’s right that makes a better difference in the world. By trying to be our best selves hopefully we can be there to show kindness and compassion to those who are suffering.
Despite not paying attention he was right with the guess in response to the Question about why she only got 15 years since in the UK, life sentences are 15years.
To Charlie’s point that “people are becoming more and more unhinged”, it’s either people really are becoming more unhinged now adays, or people have always been unhinged but now since everything is documented and public for the world to see, it’s just more noticeable. Both could be true as well
It’s all perception. TikTok shows the things that will get emotional reactions. The only right thing to do is to shut it off and never look back. Most internet is cancer.
Id say it leans more so into more documentation. If our kind of technology was active 50 years ago we'd see some horrible things that would put liveleak to shame. Especially considering serial killers like gacy and the night stalker.
i went to school and was friends with the guy whos gf killed their child after interupting them have sex. its scary to think that people who you once knew could do such a crime.... rip Kaylee-Jayde, you deserved better
The fact that you didn't know who that school shooter is was actually kind of heartwarming. We as a society have gotten to a place where we don't glorify people like that on a massive scale, we barely report on the actual perpetrator instead choosing to support the victims and their memory. As a result we don't know who the killer was and they don't get to be famous for that heinous act. There are still pockets of people and forums that try to keep that romanticizing alive but we've come a long way from the days of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Mass shootings like that just aren't appealing to us enough anymore to give them power. Like I said, hearing that this happened and not knowing who the guy was is powerful, they want to be remembered and be in the spotlight. Depriving them of it just warms my cold little heart. The downside is that we've just become desensitized to them.
I remember I had a teacher that taught st the school the kid shot up and I came home an saw the news and was confused at how they didnt say the name of the perpetrator but then I realized that that's what the perpetrator wants is the notoriety
This is good but also really sad that we are straight up USED to this happening. Like we don’t even pay it mind anymore, it’s so common that we aren’t freaking out.
Im a little lost on the concept. I always assumed (From previous sch*ol sho*tings) The reason for action, was becuase the Scho*l Sho*ter wanted to END his life and take a bunch of (Often succesful) people with him? You cant really hide the name from the public in the first place since Google often has the answers) From the mindset of a former European Officer, By not telling the public about what happened, they cant really hold any accountability. and the Criminal can pretty much operate in normal life (If he is forced to relocate to another State under Parole.) My question is: How does the Criminal get punished if he isnt named and shamed?
"They want to be remembered and be in the spotlight." How do you know this? Most of school shooters are just simple people that did not get help they needed. Blame the system and state, not the people.
“It feels like the world is getting more and more dangerous. Even more dangerous as I grow up” This is literally the lesson in “No Country For Old Men”. The world has always been like this, we just see more of it as we get older.
I'd say we're able to see more of this stuff because of the internet. The fact this stuff gets attention only drives more silly people to do dangerous things knowing that it could be publicized. I'd say the world has always had idiots like this, but now there's an outlet being encouraged to go through.

DO NOT let your kids use Tiktok. It is fundamentally bad for you on so many levels. If not for the horrible content than for the fact that it rewires your brain and destroys your attention span, it's like a digital drug.
@It's Badonkadonk! Good thing i grow up outdoors playing with almost anything i see lol.. sad that some kids grew up with tiktok and other crappy social media apps
@It's Badonkadonk! I agree but youtube actually helped me in many ways. Its all about how you regulate it when it comes to your kids. I used to watch Vsauce and and Nigahiga and it lowkey made me ahead of the curve. I was a lot “smarter” and more charismatic during my elementary and middle school days. And besides ive seen way to many grown men and women make a fool of themselves on social media. If you have common sense regardless of what age then social media isn’t much of an issue
What is so shit, is that you may shield them from social media when they're at home, but when they go to elementary or middle school they'll get exposed to that stuff from other kids whom parents don't care if they use social media. You have to teach them life lessons so that they don't get affected. But that's the only thing you can do. Your kid must do the rest on their own. A good thing to do is to raise your child so that if it's anything they wonder about, they're going to ask you.

The main thing that doesn't make sense to me about people like these is that you can get cancelled for saying something very very slightly out of line, but a woman who murdered her own child isn't being cancelled or massively criticised by people, and is probably able to make money out of the fact that she did, what went wrong with society

@Kay E That’s kind of their point... Social media, lack of consequences, and “acceptance” of literally anything is fairly new, just like this clout chasing behavior of the average person nowadays. The observation is that people tend to be more unhinged nowadays than they used to be (it seems to be more of a problem now). Beating your 3 year old child to death then mourning their death on Tik Tok for views isn’t really explained by being “evil” or “mad”, but it is explained by the natural human desire to be accepted and recognized, in which our current society seems to favor these types of people (probably because those who are giving them the attention they want crave this type of entertainment due to the fact it seems distant to them. There is a reason why many people like things like True Crime, most people are intrigued by things that are morbid and because it most likely never impacted their own life they couldn’t care less about who was harmed).
@Kay E honey, he said “more unhinged” which implied that being unhinged was already a factor, but these new things like social media and acceptance for ridiculous things are adding to it as well. Hope this helped honey

@@BeauIsLoomfraid most likely it's the same rationale. Being able to more easily diagnose mental illness does not mean it's more prevalent, just that it's recorded more. Violent crime has consistently gone down since a peak in 1991, to the point where it's half as common now (368.9 per 100,000 in 2018) than it was in 1991 (758.2 per 100,000)
Dude, romanticizing murderers and killers is honestly the worst thing I can possibly imagine. Like you have to be messed up in the head to find a killer attractive. Also the people who idolize these monsters have to be pathetic edge lords, it’s just absolutely terrible.
It's usually due to the built behavior of "fixing people", tending to stem from parents that that you wish were better yet you couldn't "save". This is a very common problem for young teens as nobody addresses that mental health still makes you accountable for your actions, just that it exists. Happens with shows, webcomics, fanfiction, art, etc. However, these teens tend to grow out of it or begin to have real life romantic relationships. Majority are like this, however you'll see it occasionally in adults, usually women. And also, it's not the worst thing ever. I have seen a lot of videos on historical gore-filled events and the actions that a human can take. Some don't even see a day in prison. Romantizing shitty people isn't a good thing but the issue stems from mental health problems usually in dumb teenagers that grow out of it, and I would have more issue with the fact that we never strive to discuss mental health with children and teenagers, so this could be a consequence prevented.
There's a difference between finding someone physically attractive vs. idolizing them. You can find somebody attractive and yet not defend them for their bad actions. (and, yes, you'll probably say that's what you originally meant, but some people won't pick up on it and I'm mentioning it here)
just to clarify for anyone curious, the ‘pretty girl’ at the beginning who stabbed her mother 151 times was schizophrenic. she had been calling her mother by a different name for months, believing her mother had been replaced by a copy. pls avoid demonising schizophrenics, and on the flip side, remember that mental illness can be an explanation, but never an excuse.
You can always seek help, hence why it is not an excuse, if people ever believe that mental illness is an excuse, then drunk driving should be an excuse, as they’re drunk and usually alcoholics. Fun Fact though, I’m pretty sure in one country (I think Canada) they’re passing a law to where you’re not at fault for all accidents caused whilst drunk.

That was Claire miller, and she murdered her sister in Feb 2021. The video of the giraffe wasn’t actually hers it’s just because in the police report they said she was wading her hands in the snow and the giraffe video showed bloody handprints in the snow that’s why they got mistaken as hers.

Nothing made it clearer for me, how incompetent cops are, than consuming true crime media. By all mean engage , but be critical
The reason why this stuff is super disturbing is because these things are 100% real. You don't have the sense of relief from knowing what you are seeing isn't real because this all happened and it makes you think that this kind of stuff can happen anytime and when we really look at it in a serious light the bad stuff that goes on in the world is scary as hell.
It is definitely getting more drastic these days. I thought things were wild when I was a kid but these 2010's and up have gone bananas. It's scary as a parent to think I'm letting my kids go out into this, I'll do my best and hope to raise decent humans, that unfortunately doesn't stop other crazies from hurting them tho.
as a 2010s internet kid, just give them tv. not the news channel all the time, cuz it Get's dark fast. but tv usually is pretty good, or let them buy dvd's of shows or movies they like. dvd's and free to air tv were my childhood, and there's nothing wrong with it.

F*CK AD"S and Advertisers, hope they rot in hell.
A gang member can kill another gang member in the U.K and get l 20+ years to life in prison. These are people who knowingly accept the risk of their behavior killing each other. Yet a woman killing her own child, the most atrocious case of murder that comes to mind, gets only 15 years in prison? How fucking disgusting.
Bout decade ago three women anally raped a 16 year old boy using carrots on him and scissors on his ass. They got combined 7 years with the leader getting 3 years and the others getting 2. The judge said after "sentancing them was hard i had to think of them as men."
Thats downright rtarded. For context, i was facing 2 years for selling around half an oz of cocaine with no priors and no aggravating factors. Thats absolutely disgusting, i hope those fuckers get whats coming to them one day.
As a mother with a soon to be 3 year old and another daughter on the way, I am appalled and disgusted that woman and her bf only got 15 years. They should be taken out back and yeeted out of exist if you've ever read 'Of mice and men'. Sad asf. Disgusting. Not to mention those f*"k boys on TikTok baiting minors. keep your daughters and sons away from both feminists and incels. thought this would relate because when i find a woman of my own as i see fit that is good ill make sure i dont want my children to be perverted by The already stupid "Society" we live in.
15 years is more than enough to attempt to turn those 2 into normal people. Not all countries have private prisons and absurd incarceration rates like the US.
@@ranahan2458 Although I agree that the US has absurd incarceration rates and I am fully against privaticed prisons, I also question whether or not 15 years truly is enough. I understand that it is a very very long time and that rehabilitation is the ultimate goal, but the crime that was commited is just about one of the worst conceivable ones. Like I said I mostly agree with your comment but putting that aside, I must say that I am bothered by how you don't even mention how inconceivably monstruous their crime was. Do you not realise how heartless you sound when you don't even care to mention their crime? Have you taken it into account at all? Why are you okay with wording it as if though you are seemingly defending these monsters?
Its pretty privelege. The better you look the more wrong you can do and get away with. Quite an awful trait of human nature and the fact we allow it in society
For the Clair Miller case my friends knew her from previous years. They talked about her once even before the murder. I remember when it happened you could just see the confusion and horror In my friends eyes. The murder was right where we all lived.
From the mindset of a former European Officer, By not telling the public about what happened, they cant really hold any accountability. and the Criminal can pretty much operate in normal life (If he is forced to relocate to another State under Parole.)
My question is: How does the Criminal get punished if he isnt named and shamed?
"They want to be remembered and be in the spotlight." How do you know this? Most of school shooters are just simple people that did not get help they needed. Blame the system and state, not the people.

This is just an opinion.
social media, lack of consequences, and “acceptance” of literally anything is causing people to become more unhinged tbh.
@Kay E that actually does kinda influence more people to commit crimes nowadays, but yeah, evil has always existed
@Kay Eum honey, that wasn't what he was saying
@Kay E honey, he said “more unhinged” which implied that being unhinged was
already a factor, but these new things like social media and acceptance for ridiculous things are adding to it as well. Hope this helped honey

Good news is, statistics show the number of "people going crazy" like Charlie said is actually less common now than ever before. The only thing that's different is that now it's extremely easy to find out about it, compared to before
isnt the number of mental illnesses growing though
@@BeauIsLoomfraid definitely with covid lockdowns. a simple google search will show that depression and suicides have increased and drug OD's have tripled.I'm sure other mental illnesses are also rising.
Not only that, but crazy people having more access than ever to the internet and film themselves. We see more, and they show more.
Where’d you get this statistic? You wanna cite your source for all the goobers in the back, bruh?

Dude, romanticizing murderers and killers is honestly the worst thing I can possibly imagine. Like you have to be messed up in the head to find a killer attractive.
Also the people who idolize these monsters have to be pathetic edge lords, it’s just absolutely terrible.
Women idolized famous serial killers too, all the way back to like the 70s and 80s
Romantizing shitty people isn't a good thing but the issue stems from mental health problems usually in dumb teenagers that grow out of it, and I would have more issue with the fact that we never strive to discuss mental health with children and teenagers, so this could be a consequence prevented.
it's disgusting because its super disrespectful to the victims families too
There's a difference between finding someone physically attractive vs. idolizing them. You can find somebody attractive and yet not defend them for their bad actions. (and, yes, you'll probably say that's what you originally meant, but some people won't pick up on it and I'm mentioning it here)
@@birdseatingbirds5897 you still shouldn’t idolize a real life serial killer.

That was Claire miller, and she murdered her sister in Feb 2021. The video of the giraffe wasn’t actually hers it’s just because in the police report they said she was wading her hands in the snow and the giraffe video showed bloody handprints in the snow that’s why they got mistaken as hers.

Thats downright rtarded. For context, i was facing 2 years for selling around half an oz of cocaine with no priors and no aggravating factors. Thats absolutely disgusting, i hope those fuckers get whats coming to them one day.
@@deezboyeed6764 oh god wtf
The justice system is poorly designed for many many reasons. This is just one.
2:42 i remember this guy. I’m a huge twenty one pilots fan and so was he and the moment he did what he did, the fandom immediately disowned him
As a mother with a soon to be 3 year old and another daughter on the way, I am appalled and disgusted that woman and her bf only got 15 years. They should be taken out back and yeeted out of exist if you've ever read 'Of mice and men'. Sad asf. Disgusting. Not to mention those f*"k boys on TikTok baiting minors. Super predator society, parents can never be off guard duty.
keep your daughters and sons away from both feminists and incels. thought this would relate because when i find a woman of my own as i see fit that is good ill make sure i dont want my children to be perverted by The already stupid "Society" we live in.
@@IsraelCountryCube Lmao one of those things is not like the other
15 years is more than enough to attempt to turn those 2 into normal people.
@@4yinyang 15 years is appropriate for the severity of the crime.
Its pretty privelege. The better you look the more wrong you can do and get away with. Quite an awful trait of human nature and the fact we allow it in society
It’s not by law it’s societal
That “posting about mourning the daughter she killed” one is either just for clout or a serious case of regret
For the Clair Miller case my friends knew her from previous years. They talked about her once even before the murder. I remember when it happened you could just see the confusion and horror In my friends eyes. The murder was right where we all lived. We all basically skipped school that day and watched the local Lancaster news to see updates. Still chills me to this day and multiple people in my friend group got into fights if she should have gotten a adult sentencing or not. Fucking crazy
I remembered that she had actually followed me back a long time ago and when I found out I was so creeped out
