    Kailangan ko mag update ng civil status ko from single to married. halos dalawang linggo ko na tinatry sa website nyo pero paulit ulit na ERROR 500. Ngayon deadline ng submission ng requirement ko sa work at dahil diko maupdate yung civil status ko to married name baka madelayed employment ko.almost TWO WEEKS na ng magsubmit ako ng docs sa drop box ng SSS Calamba but till now hindi pa din nagagawa.

      Para sa assistance, maaari kayong mag-register sa aming uSSSap Tayo Portal (crms.sss.gov.ph/).
      Sa ilalim ng portal na ito, kayo ay maaaring mag-create ng ticket para sa inyong SSS-related concern at madaling ma-monitor ang progress nito habang ito ay tinutugunan ng aming mga member service representatives.

    Good morning SSS!
    It was mentioned in 1:20 that we can update our civil status online. However, at 2:35 it was also reiterated that we need to submit a form via nearest SSS office. May I know if online updating will not suffice? For your comment please. Thank you ☺️

    Ang tagal ng proseso member change status ng asawa ko. Di kami makapag pasa ng MAT 2
    Ang daming chechebureche pag kaming mga members my kailangan. Kelan pa kaya bibilis Yung Proseso nyo.?

      Nais po naming ipabatid na limitado lamang po ang impormasyon na maaari naming ibahagi sa aming TH-cam Channel, ito ay alinsunod sa confidentiality of records sa ilalim ng R.A. 10173 o Data Privacy Act of 2012.
      Para sa status verification ng membership status, maaari kayong tumawag sa aming Call Center Lunes hanggang Biyernes mula 7:00 AM hanggang 10:00 PM gamit ang contact no. na 8-1455 (kung gamit ay landline phone) o 02-1455 (kung gamit ay mobile phone).
      Maaari din po kayong mag-register sa aming uSSSap Tayo Portal (crms.sss.gov.ph/). Sa ilalim ng portal na ito, kayo ay maaaring mag-create ng ticket para sa inyong SSS-related concern at madaling ma-monitor ang progress nito habang ito ay tinutugunan ng aming mga member service representatives.

      Mabuting Araw Jeric. Nais po naming ipabatid na ang aplikasyon para sa SSS UMID card ay isinasagawa ng personal ng miyembro para sa data capturing (picture taking/fingerprint/etc.).
      Samantala, nais din po naming ipaalala na ang ang aplikasyon para sa SSS UMID card ay nananatiling suspendido sa kasalukuyan. Ito ay alinsunod sa direktiba ng gobyerno hinggil sa mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng social distancing measures bunsod ng Covid-19 at pati na rin sa interes ng kalusugan at kaligtasan ng publiko. Antabayanan po lamang ang magiging advisory ng SSS hinggil sa resumption nito.

    Tanung kulang po,,,mag sesend din puba ng files ung sss na katunayan na nabago na po ung dapat baguhin,,,kasi kilangan po sa company namin na ipasa ung imformation na nabago na po namin yong dapat baguhit,,, halimbawa po apilyedo ganon po,,, slmt and more power,,,SSS

      Mabuting Araw JOE. Sakaling mayroon ng naisumiteng request para sa pagtatama ng inyong pangalan at ito ay na-update na online ay maaari itong ma-access, screenshot at ma-print gamit ang inyong My.SSS account sa aming website. Maaaring bigyan ng kopya ang inyong kumpanya.

      Mabuting Araw Ely. Ipagpaumanhin po ninyo na ang updating ng beneficiaries ay hindi available online.
      Gayunpaman, maaaring i-accomplish at magsumite ng Member Data Change Request Form (E-4) at supporting documents nito sa alinmang tanggapan ng SSS via our 'No Contact Drop Box System'. All documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope kasama ang kumpletong pangalan, contact information, and transaction details written outside. Ang SSS branch shall schedule your appointment, if needed, to process your transaction.
      Maaari din na mag-set ng appointment with an SSS branch by clicking Member Info then Appointment System.

      Ang processing time para sa Retirement Benefit ay nasa loob 7 working days, subalit maaari po itong madagdagan depende sa ebalwasyon/beripikasyon ng inyong mga isinumiteng mga dokumento, subject to its existing guidelines.
      Oras na maaprubahan, maaari ninyong antabayan ang crediting ng inyong benefit proceeds sa inyong itinalagang disbursement account sa loob 5 hanggang 10 banking days mula sa settlement date nito.

      Paalala:
      • Ang pag-update ng contact information Over-the-Counter (OTC) gamit ang Member's Data Change Request o E-4 Form (bit.ly/3x7qyX0) sa aming mga tanggapan ay mananatiling option para sa mga miyembro na walang internet access.
      • Ang mga members' na wala pang nakapre-register na mobile number at/o email address sa kanilang SSS membership records ay hindi allowed na mag-update ng mga nabanggit na contact information online. Bagkus sila ay pinapayuhan na mag-update OTC sa alin man sa aming branch.

    Good pm po!!! Nung nag apply po ako sa sss is single pa. Ngayun po mag change status po ako. Sa personal data ko na address is quezon city tapos now nag asawa po ako dito na po ako sa cainta rizal Pag mag fill up po ako ng e-4 cainta na po ba ang address na gagamitin ko.

    Hello po.. Is it possible to change Separation Date? .. Kasi mali ata yong date na napress during web application of retirement benefit. Parang affected tuloy benefit na receive.. Like one year po ang hindi naisama sa benefit dahil sa maling button lang.. Tanong ko lang po if mahahabol paba yon? Or maicorrect pa?

      The retiree-pensioner may coordinate to any nearest SSS branch to submit for any correction on the application filed.
      However, please be informed that the factors being considered in the computation of retirement pension benefit are as follows:
      ▪ number and amount of contributions paid;
      ▪ credited years of SSS membership (CYS)
      ▪ number of qualified dependent/s (if any);
      ▪ increases incorporated to the monthly pension, if any; and
      ▪ existing law at the time of contingency.

    gud am po..usually ilang days bago po ma approve ang pag change ng marital status single to married and then the last name??3weeks na po halos pending prn po request ko ang pnsa ko po is marriage contract from municipyo pero now po nkuha ko na PSA merriage contruct nmin..pwedi po ba ecancel ang 1rst request ko at magpasa ng bago gamit na PSA bks sakaling mas mabilis process

    Nagsend po ako ng email following up on my member data change request last Oct 5 at nagcomment po dito, pero hindi ko po ata makita ang comment ko dito. Nagpadala na rin po ako ng maraming email na may ticket number.

    di ako maka loan dahil di updated kasi PAST employer pa rin naka register sa akin,, di ko po alam pano or saan ako puponta para baguhin ang empoyer ko para maka loan..

      Nais po naming ipabatid na ang pagbabago ng inyong Employment History ay maaari pong bunsod ng alin man sa mga sumusunod:
      1. Late submission ng Employment Report / R-1A Form ng inyong current at/o previous employer hinggil sa pagbabago ng inyong employment status (hiring / separation).
      2. Late payment of contributions ng inyong previous employer.
      Upang matugunan ang inyong Employment History, kinakailangan ninyong makipag-ugnayan sa inyong current at previous employer upang sila ay mapayuhan na mag-update ng kani-kanilang Employment Report Form over-the-counter sa aming branches (hiring/separation) o online gamit ang kanilang My.SSS Online Account (hiring only).

      Hi! Ruthche😊, sakaling ang naisumiteng request ay thru online at para sa assistance ay maaari kayong magpadala ng iyong email sa aming onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph. Ilagay po lamang ang iyong kumpletong pangalan, 10-digit SSS number, at complete details ng concern.       @@patrickrefugia4205 I was advised po na pumunta mismo ng SSS. Besides yung number na na-generate naman natin online is temporary lang naman po, and need po talagang pumunta sa SSS office para maging permanent number po siya. So, in that case dalhin lang po yung Birth Certificate as proof po na yun talaga name ng mother mo.

Ang mga kontribusyon na mayroon may entitle the member sa mga benepisyo at loan privileges being administered ng SSS as long as natugunan ang mga kondisyon sa ilalim nito.

      ask ko lang po bakit.pag mag apply ako ng loan sasabihin na employer not registered in my.sss.nag voluntary na ako mag hulog pra ndi ja kelangan ng cert.galing sa employer

    ss paano if retirement nang papa ko tapos mali yung birthdate niya okay lang po ba yun ? di ba yun maaapektohan

      Mabuting Araw Hezekiah Kate. Kailangan po na updated at tugma ang mga impormasyon sa rekord na mayroon ang miyembro base sa isusumiteng mga dokumento para pagproproseso ng anumang benepisyo o aplikasyon.
      Samantala, aming iminumungkahi na mas makabubuti na maberipika ang rekord ng miyembro para sa karagdagang payo/assistance. Maaaring tawagan ang aming Call Center (8:00AM-5:00PM) mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes gamit ang hotline no. na 81455.

      Mabuting Araw Ema. Sa kasalukuyan ay wala pong advisory ang SSS kaugnay ng panibagong Loan Restructuring Program. Kayo ay makakaasa na should there be any updates, ito ay maipaaalam sa aming mga miyembro gamit ang Official Social Media sites ng SSS.
