Hi.. may I know where I can get example of questionnaires for initial ergonomic risk assessment and also how to conduct the process? Pls help.. I can't find it for my research 😭
Hi, you may refer to the ERA Guideline 2017 issued by DOSH. Use pages 16-20 and 27-32 as your checklist. You can use the same checklist to assess all job or process. First, you have to break to job into task segments, for example does it involve repetition task, static posture, manual handling and so on. You may need to estimate the duration of those tasks. Take note also the break duration. And then compare with the duration limits set in the guideline. Hope this will helps.
