Holy smokes dude i didnt know the way to progress was to use good bees which are gifted, everytime i got a gifted bee i replaced it immediately, after being told to use gifted bees i immediately hit end game within 3 rabbit heartbeats and now i can quit the game and go touch grass. I recommended this video to all my friends and they all had similar results reaching end game within a extremely short period of time with this extremely smart guide, all 4 of us didnt know we could just use gifted bees and any bees thats helped in quests this video was truly amazing
Id actually reccoment replacing all gifted rares (except looker and bomber, hasty and stubborn if you care about that) and replacing them with carpenters, youll do quests alot easier and by the time you need to use star eggs its not like those bees are hard yo get back Edit: if you arent using honey mask id probably ignore this
for mixed hive for 45 bees i recomend get like 5 of every mythic and some rare epics and legendary gifted for that juiciy hive bonus but if you're like 25 -40 bees just get as many gifted as possible and some mytics if you have the resources
hive 1 is litterally me at mid game like not joking i had every single gifted bee except the mythics so i could get the mythics and it did help quite a bit.
good tutorial but i personally suggest putting musics and carps on your extra slots, not swapping out bees to fit a certain quest every time, because that can get expensive for mid-game :)

by the moment i have an hive with a lot of carps (8), some musics and baby bees and then some gifted and obviously the events one, i'm not sure if it works good but i don't struggle that much with quests, i'll try this metod then

I was a bleached to the max hive in early game I thought legendarys werexso op and easy to get I was wrong I went from blue backpack and bubble wand to gummy mask coconut canister coconut boots and crimson and cobalt gates just from getting my entire hive gifted (except mythic bees)
3:35 i had 2 star eggs and every single gifted bee other then mythics and events, so i used them and i got the best gifted mythic and the worst gifted mythic (imo) bouyant and vector

U don’t need rascal fire and honey and stubborn optionally cuz there all relatively useless just get 4 Frosties and 4 shy for bombs and boost then spam carps for marks make sure u have enough haste and focus tho
My cousin has 3 gifted demon bees, gifted shy bee, and gifted music bee. He gets very lucky with normal royal jelly’s somehow. I don’t even have 1 gifted legendary bee, but at least I have discovered 20 gifted bees!
I’m still going to stick with the Carpenter build I have with 7 Carpenter, Event Bees, 3 Bucko and Riley, 4 Music, 4 Baby and gifted basic, plus the rest are bombers, a few legendarys like diamond for gifted bonus later, rare gifted bees that help. This gives you 2x pollen from bb, usually average 2.5x carpenter, and 3x if you going blue or white field, all stacked. I don’t know wether this one’s better for pollen collecting and dps since getting gifted bees later isn’t as much of an issue and this build focuses on getting the right gifted’s for the right boosts. But I’d say it’s a contender since with a field boost, I fill my backpack in literal seconds. Also nice tutorial, mainly gifted hives need more love they help newer players navigate the game easier since they don’t really have to replace much or get any gifted bees later so it would definitely save time if you grinded for sure!
might be a late responder but im also using that build but have tried this one as well. this hive's advantages are easier SSA, Faster quest completion (due to bee swapping), and it is going to be easier to use your free star egg to get a gifted mythic as said in the video the carpenter build gives a lot more honey. it is perfect in red, blue, white, and it just good overall. But questing will sometimes be harder. getting SSA isn't too difficult as you can gamble your royal jellies on an event bee

As a mid game player, you SHOULD NOT think so hard about having a hive color strictly enforced. Keep all the mythics you get until you actually atleast get a supreme star amulet because at that time, you would be making billions. Which also means getting 20b honey to prepare for a mythic bee roll on jellies would be way easier.
Also forgot to add that "DO NOT YEET MYTHIC BEES AT THAT POINT IN THE GAME'S PROGRESSION", because every mythic steps up your pollen collection up by a level depending on their role(buoyant bees giving balloons that have their own capacity+can buff your backpack. Spicy bees with its' temporary fire bees, and so on...)

You might like being a white hive a lot ngl since they rely heavily on armies of mark-producing bees

Yes, the priority is quests, but with this hive you will still be making a decent amount of honey as well.

As a mid game player, you SHOULD NOT think so hard about having a hive color strictly enforced. Keep all the mythics you get until you actually atleast get a supreme star amulet because at that time, you would be making billions. Which also means getting 20b honey to prepare for a mythic bee roll on jellies would be way easier.
Also forgot to add that "DO NOT YEET MYTHIC BEES AT THAT POINT IN THE GAME'S PROGRESSION", because every mythic steps up your pollen collection up by a level depending on their role(buoyant bees giving balloons that have their own capacity+can buff your backpack. Spicy bees with its' temporary fire bees, and so on...)
