@@Situpx care to back that up? or will the well-known exploitation of artists and the fact that studios continue to run a deficit suffice to back my claim?
I feel as there is no void , As nobody really cared for the last season of Aot , I remember back in 2015 there was the Aot hype and it got bigger in 2019 and then nobody ever talks about it nowadays.
Ngl I think the popularity of new battle shonen is dying more than the entirety of anime. Battle Shonen like Undead Unluck, Ragna Crimson, Mission Yoza Fam, and Mashle (before its opening blew up) just aren't that popular compared to other new series from other genres like Solo Leveling, Frieren, Oshi no Ko, and Blue Lock. Maybe once Dandadan, Kagurabachi, Gachiakuta, and Sakamoto Days get animated that will revive the genre.
I DONT THINK ANIME IS DEAD AND ITS NOT GOING TO DIE ANYTIME SOON, I MEAN LOOK AT THE LEVELS ITS REACHING NOW YOU HAVE RAPPERS REFERENCING IT; BIGGER PROJECTS COMING OUT....
People who call DS generic and boring just don't understand storytelling at all and only care about flashy fights and animation, typical anime fans. If only people had more basic literacy skills, they would be able to unpack at least a fraction of the story's depth or at least understand the story on a surface level I mean c'mon. We really need more classes in school for this stuff. Anyway, anime is doing fine.
I think anime is now back to its stable growth. Fast growth is great, but its risky and only works for short amount of time. I mean look what happened to the tech industry, ev industry, and kpop.
Idk about this one bruh. You admit you haven’t really watched anime in about 3 years so that would mean you missed about 12 seasons of when new shows drop. And besides that, you’re really only talking about the shonen genre, the title should be “shonen anime is dying” not anime as a whole.
We're getting a bunch of new shoujo anime for the first time in ages, Frieren dethroned FNA Brotherhood, Apothecary Diaries hugely popular, Solo Leveling caught so many people's attention, Shangri-La Frontier and Undead Unluck grew their own dedicated fanbases, Fairy Tail's sequel series is coming back, and you got this guy saying anime is dying after admitting he hasn't watched anime in three years. Now you see how shoujo and josei fans feel about people who only talk about shounen and seinen.
Is anime dying or changing?
Changing most def
Anime is straight up just getting better with every single year
Said by the bot thyselves.
no it is not
Quality wise that is true, but the problem is that industry is on the verge of collapsing due to poor management and poor treatment of the artists.
@@Chronosmaster002 it’s not

Anime is not dying, we just waiting for another big thing after AoT. Something needs to fill the void that AoT left.

I like how you mentioned Jung and explained how archetypes are used in stories throughout human history including in manga/anime in our own era.
