How to delay tasks using Zapier (Zapier for beginners)

Hi, is it okay if I can ask about delay in Zapier? I'm trying to automate an email reminder 1 hr before the date in Airtable. However zap is not triggering, not sure what's wrong with my settings on zapier.. 😅
