In Thailand there are as many as 90,000 refugees
from Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, far more than
Thailand has either the capacity to take or the means
to look after. This report shows conditions in refugee
camps handling, in the North, families who have fled
from Laos and, in the South, from Vietnam. It
examines the prospects for the settlement of political
refugees and their reports of the conditions they left
behind.
