- 2 cups gram flour ( Baisan) (Must sift prior to mix) 1ts salt, pomegranate seeds each. 2ts crushed chili, crushed coriander, whole black paper, dried fenugreek leaves each. 1 medium onion, 3/4th cup frozen spinach, 4 small-medium potatoes, 10-12 green chilies. ½ ts backing powder, 3cups oil, 1 ¼ cup water

samina main ne to khud yeh sab seekha he hai apne baron se. ager yeh recipes achi hain to sara credit un ko jata hai aur ager buri hoteen to kab ki lapata ho chukeen hoteen. in ka aaj tak zinda rehna is baat per gawah hai keh yeh perfet theen aur hain :)
Thanks for the compliment, paratha recipe is there and omelette as well. Biryani is Mughal dish cant not be made with vegetables. The best is to buy sindhi biryani shan masala to make vege biryani. They have added a essence there which is not available to public.

Made this today, was so yum and crispy. I think better than the packet pakora mix. I used my hands to drop the pakore into the oil for frying as we prefer more rough looking pakoras rather than round spoon shaped ones. Thanks for this tasty recipe.

micah, dhanya podina to her waqt hota hai, bagh main sabzi jis ka bhi season ho wo hoti hai, bus greens naheen lagati jaise palak, salad gobhi, choonkeh snails hote hain, mujhey dikh jaeen sabzi per to main khati naheen. wo ye cheezain khate hain :)

acha snake beans, phaliyan lobiye ki. wo is saal lagaeen naheen. pink some onion, 1/2 ts ginger garlic pees ker ho, lehsan 3 hisse adrak 2. kul 1/2 ts. piyaz pink hon to daal do. saath he 2 md tomato and namak mirach haldi dhanya zeera. aadh gale hon timater to phaliyan daal ker low heat per dhak do, gal jaeen to aaloo dall ker dam ker do.

fine out side, always mix thick if waiting. piyaz aur aaloo pani chorte hain to patla hota hai baad main bhi.

@ashfaiz1925 if you have whole dry chillies crush then otherwise powder can be used. Crushed taste better. I have never used fresh coriander in my pakoras but I don’t see any harm, just use it

Never pour pakora if you see smoke on oil. First add a drop and wait for it to come up and start bubbling. Use large pan like I did and add plenty on medium heat, thats how quantity won allow quick temperature change. Dont reduce the heat while frying, they will sock oil. Mixture must be thin. Watch mine carefully. Thick Baisn does not allow potatoes to cook. Cut potatoes like I did. They were not too thin but small. Aise eak doosre se chipakte nahin.

No you can not use ground black paper. Its not part of this recipe! This recipe of Pakoras is so good that they will swallow every thing happily! Khane main achi lagteen hain thori daal lena!
my hubby hates blackpeppers. in pakora. can we grind especially wen the kids eat
look at achari chicken recipe. just add chal masala and some sonf and kalongi powder in log cut green chillies and add in gosht at the end

i have to ask, when you were squezing the onion with the salt in the sink then washing it , was there any reason as to why you did that.?why not just keep the onion with the salt ?Im not criticising by the way just merely curious thats all?
