Kollegala നിന്നും കുറച്ചുവന്നാൽ വലത്തോട്ട് ഒരു റോഡ് ഉണ്ട്. അത് അങ്ങനെ പോയാൽ ഓഡയാർപാല്യ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തെത്തും. അവിടെ, ടിബറ്റ് കാരുടെ settlment ഉണ്ട്. Donderling monastry എന്നാണ് പേര്.നല്ല വരൾച്ചയൊക്കെ നേരിടുന്ന പ്രദേശമാണ്. ആവഴി അങ്ങനെ പോയാൽ സത്യമംഗലം കാടാണ്.സത്യമംഗലം എത്തിച്ചേരുന്ന റൂട്ട്.

Actual route was Erode-Gobi-Sathy-Dhimbam-CHNagar-Mysore.
Since Dhimbam ghat road closed, the buses are going in alternative road. Since Dhimban ghat road is NH, KA is doing good on that route.
But this Anthiyur road was state controlled and KA road are bad.
Usually TN highway dept maintains well all type of highway. Be it NH or SH or MDR or ODR

TNSTC operated Mangalore-Madurai used to be one of the oldest running route along with KSRTC bus which still runs. I remember taking this bus to Kushalnagar during 1996 from Mangalore which used to start between 1-2 .. it’s pity that they have stopped this.
