This is the only second video on this channel which I have watched, and in both many words are pronounced incorrectly by the instructors. Please stop leading people wanting to learn English astray! There is a popular saying in the English language, "Check yourself before you wreck yourself."

    1. The word 'buffet' can be pronounced /bƏ.fey/ (accented on the second syllable) or /bƏ.fet/ (accented on the first syllable) depending on its meaning as used in the sentence.
    2. The standard English word is 'mischievous'. The word 'mischievious' is no longer used in modern conversation.
    3. The word 'recur' is incorrectly pronounced by Rima. It should be correctly pronounced with the accent on the second syllable.
Lessons like the presentation above should be carefully thought out and prepared otherwise the lecturer is placed in a ridiculous situation.

Maybe, they are wrong in their pronunciation, but I note down these words and compare them with a standard talking dictionary. I am sure even if they are wrong, they help us in verifying our pronunciation. Let's not discourage them, and only look at the positive side of their work

Ma'am, I'm sorry but Mortgage is not the loan taken against any kind of property or land. It is those lands and properties offered to bank while seeking loan. Or we can say that it is the putting up of securities and collaterals.

I'm surprised that she didn't have "Wednesday" on her list. When I was in school, I had a long stubborn argument with my friends about the a proper noun word "Chile" which is, really, a city. They kept saying that it is pronounced as chaa-ill and I kept saying "no, it is pronounced as chilly." I laugh at the memory now.

Not to be rude but I must point out that you are wrong in so many instances .... Please please please don't mislead people who are learning English. English is my first language so I can easily spot out your mistakes but people learning it will have a tough time moreover they'll learn it wrong.
