I would be really careful about going for a PEN:Ominous. They are currently the best Acc/AP ration, but depending on the stats on Debo Ring, they might become the worst. Dawn is a way safer bet.
Line with -- are the amount of Accuracy gain per AP lost.

While you are not wrong, that if (lets be real, WHEN) debo rings comes, if the stats we expect are it, omi are going to be terrible compared to Dawns.
But dont forget that they might bring out a new set bonus, that will change all that, and potentially make it so you will want atleast 1 earring.
Also, most importantly, ive learned the hard way over the many years, that always making your build "for the future" isnt worth it. It might be a year or 2 before you actually get a PEN Debo ring, and now you have had a weaker build all this time.

Have you made that video about updated Eva vs DR? Kinda stuck on Eva set but really liked tagging a Valk.

I have, but its getting a bit of back-logged by other videos that are more "urgent".
DR is pretty much the way to go for DR builds currently, as the crystals from Loml really made a huge difference in being able to hit enough DR to bottom-out alot of builds. You can go eva on dr still, at hardcap level gear, and it WILL be better vs alot of opponents - but its way more niche now than it was during the last testing we did.
For 1v1ing it should still be quite fine, unless you fight one of the super high acc classes (like zerker), or your opponent has over 1k accuracy. For largescale i wouldnt run eva on valk, but if you dont plan on doing that, try tagging and see how it feels!
