ॐ Dharma is way to realize about all means self but it may be full of mind thoughts this condition Breath comes and goes yet very hard to explain Dharma. Slowly-slowly concentration of self awareness high then all the thoughts has gone that state mind SILENCE. DHARMA is kind experiences that cannot be tell form the words.
For me Dharma is righteousness in thought and action depending on place, person and time. There is a Dharma for person, for the community, for the country. It is a very nuanced topic, hard to explain in words.
When Swami Vivekananda was asked why India is such a spiritual place (depite being materially so poor at the time), he pointed to the Himalayas. A lot of highly spiritual yogis live there. They live in inaccessible caves. One has to read the book by Sri M "Apprenticed to a Himalayan master: a yogi's autobiography" to realize this truth. His is a first hand account of many such yogis. So, it is wrong to assert (as Jyotish Novak did in this video) that Yogis are not there in Himalayas in that many numbers. They have always been there. And will continue to be there.
Wonderful 🙏 Thank you
Okey gracias

How to find out where are Kriya Yoga centres located? Are there any in Lucknow and Ireland?

Great to see this spiritual couple. I had always wanted to meet them but could not.
