Can it be possible to write some kind of an update script code and send and when the person runs the code, it automatically updates on the application...
I am sorry for the inconvinience, I have not tried it out using Office 19 and Win 10. But I'm sure it will work. Let me try it out with your specifications and I will let you know the result. I am using offic 16 and win8.1

It is possible to do that by sending an upgrade executable file with the new icon/image
