Swami Prabhavananda Sri Ramakrishna and My Master, Swami Bramannanda - 3-3-1974

Swami Prabhavananda was a disciple of Maharaj Swami Brahmananda, the spiritual son of Sri Ramakrishna. This lecture was given on 3/3/1974 at the Santa Barbara Vedanta Temple.
Swami P (as his disciples called him), came to the US in the 1920s, initially as an assistant minister at the San Francisco Vedanta Temple, then in 1930 he established The Vedanta Society of Southern California in Hollywood. Branch Centers were established later in Santa Barbara, where this lecture took place, and Trabuco Canyon in Orange County.
Swami gave up the body on July 4th, 1976.
In going through the archive boxes of old tapes from the Vedanta Society, I found large format audio recordings on 10.5 inch reel, with remarkably clear recordings, heard here for the first time.
