Lovely to see Mr Hendry not only enjoying the company of these fellas, but having a nice chat and even offering a few playing tips. Really enjoy this channel.
I agree. Always great content ideas that are interesting. Stephen is such a likeable character, very laid back and chatty, makes for such entertaining videos. Great channel
No offence whatsoever to these guys but it’s nice to see some relatable levels of play. The games I play usually consist of picking up a few points here and there, maybe the odd 10s or 20s breaks but nothing crazy. Refreshing to see
I know I was going for the pink but changed my mind at the last moment, knew the white run away from me after I potted the black. Yeah as Stephen hendry said “it was careless”.
Seeing as we're all here, officially putting my name forward for episode 2 of this series, I'll gladly take time off work and travel the length of the country to make it happen 😂
They could have made some serious mullah for charity if they made this a prize in an auction, there are people that would have paid thousands to say they played against Hendry.
I played him at pool once after the uk championship at the after party it was in my mates bar , I broke white went in and I can honestly say still to this day it was the best clearance I've seen on a pool table 🤣🤣🤣
Hendry- just the name strikes fear into any opponent. Say what you want about his practiced skills- he's got the spirit of a winner. Wonderful to see some generosity and encouragement from him here. True champ.
Stephen I hope you enjoyed filming this, because it was a great watch! I'd love for this to be an occasional mini-series as you go around to different clubs!
I'd definitely like to see more of these type of videos. You seldom see pro pool players here in the USA give their time and tips to casual players without really expensive lesson costs involved. That's how the Snooker World shows it's class. Great job Stephen. I'd love to have an opportunity like that to have what amounts to a playing lesson against a multi time World Champion.
I think I'm not the only one remembering being in total awe at Stephens playing in the very early -90's. Watching him play now invokes memories of nailbiters against John Parrott from those days.
Stephen was an idol growing up for me. As a family we all sat down and watched his world championship and masters finals. I was never a snooker player other than the odd trip after school with my mates to the local club but I’ve always admired the game and Stephen was always a hero of mine. Great channel and lucky guys getting to play a frame against the most dominant player the sport has ever seen.
When I was younger, Stephen was always the bag guy for me as he always seemed to gazump Jimmy. But as i got older I realised the degree of skill factor involved was not just having talent. The key was the mental capacity that you need to get over the line. Which is the main reason why he won so much. After meeting this legend a few years ago any notion of him being a bad guy was completely gone he was so nice, caring and humble. For me due to amount won and in the amount of time on the professional table this man is the best ever snooker player, he had the lot. Great channel Stephen, thanks for bringing a different type of snooker material for us. Peace ✌️
That was so much fun to watch. Stephen is so down to earth. I like this channel because he keeps coming up with all of these different ideas or challenges to keep us interested. I also like to watch golf and Bryson Dechambeau has a great channel that kind of takes the same approach as this channel does. Both of these guys are always putting themselves in tough situations for our viewing pleasure. Great content from both players. I would like to see Stephen and Bryson play a round of golf and a few frames of snooker together. It would beat the hell out of the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson match.
Honestly I’d love to bump into him one day and shake his hand. He has my sporting hero growing up and seeing him interact with these guy was a real treat to watch ❤️👊🏼
Thank you Mr Hendry It's so nice to see a legend offer the opportunity to play people that have admired and respected you as a player and a ambassador to the great game , you sir are a real snooker fan as much as a legend, no flash attitude, or anything other than your love for the sport that you have helped transform, great channel also,

Really loving this channel. Thanks for not overloading it with adverts too, Sir. I just watched the whole thing in one, not one advert. Oh yes please, Hazel is so lovely, would love to see her on the channel.
24:08 "Selby your favorite player?" XD
I’ve just taken snooker back up after a 15-year break and thanks to this channel I’ve been telling people I’ve been coached by Hendry… he doesn’t know this, but I may be the biggest professional embarrassment of his career.
"These guys are casual players, as am I"...I'm not really sure that statement stands up to much scrutiny!
That last guy should get invited onto BBC Snooker, a cracking chap, who speaks well. Really enjoyed the two of you playing.
Thank you for the kind comment, got so many dicks behind a keyboard claiming they should have done this or that
I got some shots in obviously gutted i didn’t get a decent break, but funny enough wasn’t nervous playing him.
This was a great video and Im sure those guys will never forget this experience. great to see!
gotta love hendrys honesty about pool lol. 9 ball is so tactical though.
