Thank you! Always trying to represent all aspects of the great music for each category and for the 70s, guitar riffs were a must! Thanks for your comment and thanks for being here!
Very well crafted! Darn, I obviously knew all but landed 16 properly which were right on both. I shared with some friends to try! Hope they do! Thanks!
Thank you so so much for your support and your kind feedback. In an ocean of AI generated video, it is really appreciated that my time and efforts are recognized and bring you good times. Thanks for sharing!
I’m enjoying these videos, but have a couple suggestions: #1. It’d be more interesting if you didn’t always use the beginning of each song. #2. The 8 second countdown between the music and answer is too long. You should cut that time in half
Thanks for your feedback! I took the feedback on for future videos about not just using the first seconds! And as for the time in between, I know 8 secs can be short for some, and super long for others, so it's a test still. I really appreciate your feedback and thanks for being here!
@@marcmarc1967 , I could never not know a Supertramp song ! They're one of my top 3 favorite bands of all time ! And I have the tattoos to prove it ! Lol ...
More are coming! ✌🏻✌🏻 And thanks for the feedback! Some folks are asking for less time, and some are asking for more time, so finding a happy middle ground here! 😂 Thanks for being here :)
I missed War Pigs, I Was Made For Loving You and Angie. Kiss because, who cares? and Angie because it was such a silent part presented. Shamefully, I missed War Pigs. Otherwise, kinda easy. Starman was a quiet part too, but I picked it out.
Good spot and thanks Paul! Always trying to triple check the dates but there are some slips here and there. Thanks for being here and sharing your knowledge!
Thanks for another fun quizz, and well done to those of you who guessed most, or all of them 😊 Well........ I ain't gonna to cheat here. I totally sucked 😂 😂😂 It was still good fun though 😊😊
@@goonerballs Anything else, but Rock. I would count The Police more to Pop than Rock. And Pink Floyd is a categorie of its own. Rock is for example AC/DC or Kiss. That is Rock.
@@goonerballs Thanks for allowing me my opinion. Even if it the case as you said that they are considered to be Rockbands in my humble opinion this isn'T Rock 😀
Only because a bsnd uses electric guitars it doesn't necessarily makes them a rock band. I would be interested in the opinion of Bands that i consider Rockbands if they consider The Police or Pink Floyd as Rockbands. That would count way more for me than what Google says.
The seventies was my era but I would say a couple of these were not that big in the UK.
I missed a couple but patted myself on the back for getting Starman right away.
I knew it was Bowie but i didn't get it was star man .
You picked some of the most iconic guitar riffs ever.
Thank you! Always trying to represent all aspects of the great music for each category and for the 70s, guitar riffs were a must! Thanks for your comment and thanks for being here!
Especially HOTEL CALIFORNIA.
I'm 77 and I started getting picky so a lot of these, I definately knew the artist but not the song.
The ones I hit, I knew within two chords. The ones I missed, I had no clue up to the end.
yup
Ditto
1-2 seconds for all but 2, Starman took the full listen, and I had no clue on KISS, which is not surprising at all.
got me on Starman...3 wrong...Police was a hard one and the Kiss one...sometimes 8 sec isn't enough!!...lol
I knew 18. I’m proud that I didn’t know the Kiss record.
Damn, I'm old. Missed Thin Lizzy and the Police. If you didn't get Hotel California, you've been living under a rock.....🤣🤣
😂♥️
I was a teen in the 70's but oddly, i did much better with the 60's song quizzes! 😪😪😪
Me too. 😊😂

Sometimes I need that 8 seconds to song the song fast to get the title 😂

@@Musiquizzers i think 8 sec is perfect. Thank for your vidéos!
I wouldn't shorten the 8 seconds, I was thinking 10 seconds would be better. 😂😂😂
Great songs ! Missed a few but enjoyed it
Glad you enjoyed it!
20/20 bands...17/20 songs. I loved this quiz!
Thank you so much! Happy you're here!
20 out of 20, Bands and song titles, 70s is my era
20 out of 20. This was easy played these songs in the 70's in a top 40 band at Disneyland in California.
Very funny ! 60ties i missed 4 . Quite satisfactory 😊
Fun videos! How about a 60's songs one?
You're in luck because this is our new one this week! 🎉

My stroke addled brain missed black Sabbath. That stuff sticks forever it seems.
I thought it was iron Man😮
They snuck in Comfortably Numb. November 30, 1979 release
Didn't get the heavy rock, ever, except perhaps "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple. So much more is missing, no Folk Rock for instance.
thanks for the feedback, a part two is in the future and I'll make sure to include your suggestion!
I missed 2 , David Bowie's Starman and I was made for love'n you by kiss ! They didn't give you much to go on , On either song 🤔
That's bizarre, those are the same exact two I missed. And also the name of the Supertramp song.
@@marcmarc1967 , I could never not know a Supertramp song ! They're one of my top 3 favorite bands of all time ! And I have the tattoos to prove it ! Lol ...
Should always play a lick, not some nebulous middle part.
I almost got them all ❤❤❤LOVE this.
I got several correct. Not bad.
19 out of 20... no bad at all...
Got them ALL! (This time)
That was cool, I only missed 2 .
You might try picking tunes that weren't played on the radio ad-nauseum.??😜
Proud Mary was released in the 60s. Invalid quiz item.
You are right! Thanks for spotting it!
Didn't need 8 seconds for any of them. Bring it on, more more! =)
being born in 71. I got them all fast too.
More are coming! ✌🏻✌🏻 And thanks for the feedback! Some folks are asking for less time, and some are asking for more time, so finding a happy middle ground here! 😂 Thanks for being here :)
This time I got 11 out of 20.
FYI, Proud Mary was released by Creedence Clearwater Revival in January 1969
surprised myself with 19, honest.
Go you!
I missed War Pigs, I Was Made For Loving You and Angie.
Kiss because, who cares? and Angie because it was such a silent part presented.
Shamefully, I missed War Pigs. Otherwise, kinda easy.
Starman was a quiet part too, but I picked it out.
proud mary was released in 1968
Good spot and thanks Paul! Always trying to triple check the dates but there are some slips here and there. Thanks for being here and sharing your knowledge!
Piece of cake!
Missed that one.
😉👉🏻👉🏻
Missed 3 artists (thought first one was Rush :D ) missed 5 titles
#rush4ever #rushaddict #alexlifeson I was lucky enough to see them 17 times. Yes, you read that right. 😎
The Kiss song was the only one that I missed, never was a fan.
12 correct, I did better on the decade before I was born.
Found that some of these.were to busy for.me.Then when you'd put the title and artists then I could.tell why...
Who is Derek and The Dominos?? I thought "Layla" was Eric Clapton.
Eric Clapton was in a number of bands before going solo.
@@gemmaazz Ah. I didn't know that one, thank you.
Thanks for another fun quizz, and well done to those of you who guessed most, or all of them 😊
Well........ I ain't gonna to cheat here. I totally sucked 😂 😂😂
It was still good fun though 😊😊
got all but 2
Excellent score! Thanks for being here!
80's hair metal and 90's grunge versions PLEASE! Maybe a southern rock one too! LOVE THIS!
Ooh thanks for the recommendations! 🤘
Please don't do ( C )Rap or hip hop. They suck.
Turn it up
guess... none
knew
bands 20/20
songs 19/20 didnt know proud mary by CCR
albums own 20/20
Missed 4 but got the the rest
16/20
I guess all these songs
"Proud Mary" by CCR was released in January 1969...so technically not 70's rock.
Yea. That's what I thought too. Unless they confused that version with Ike/ Tina's huge 70s version. 🎶
also sure dream on by aerosmith was 1969
@philiprice7875 It came out in 1973. But I think I read that it was written in the 60s. Google time.
17/20 Pretty ok i think.
Pretty awesome you mean!
@@Musiquizzers 😁
I got every one.
Rockstar ⭐🤘
20/20
Go you!!
Why no R & B?
Great point! This one was focusing on Rock , but future quizzes will cover other genres such as R&B ! :)
Barracuda
The only ones I didn't get were Thin Lizzy and The Police....but I don't feel too bad because....well....it's Thin Lizzy and The Police. LOL 😆
This was way to easy… Malware?
Nope, just a testament to your knowledge of 70's music!
H0
Ho do you play this game
