I have spent 3 days trying to engrave 3D and it has been very frustrating. Coming from RhinoCAM, which could 3d engrave in 3 simple steps (30 seconds of work), I'm amazed that SolidCAM is so difficult. Can you show us how to 3D engrave intersecting designs in multiple levels? I'm using a .010" endmill with .001" DOC which requires 10 passes. In Rhino, this works as you would expect following the 3D contour, one pass after another. In SolidCAM, things get really weird where the machine takes hours to cut something that normally would be 2 minutes. Please help!
