      Indeed. Way better than the previous generation, which was less premium feeling and more rolling acres of hard plastic.

    I love the style of this vehicle, inside and out. What I'm not so crazy about is the interior quality. I sat in one at the auto show, and a lot of the plastics feel cheap. But it's very roomy.

    Saw your video, liked it and bought the 2018 enclave avenir . I am experiencing some wind noise coming from drivers side pilled A, when driving highway speed. Please tell me if that’s common on every 2018 enclave? I would really appreciate your response.

    Is it just me, or does anyone think the current crossovers on the market will depreciate very quickly in a few years? I cant see vehicles like this holding their value very well given how similar all crossovers are, especially luxury ones.

    • @foxtrot685
      @foxtrot685 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      SpenIn that's because the transaction prices aren't as high as the MSRP due to heavy incentives and rebates. In the case of the GM triplets (Acadia, Traverse, Enclave) the closer they get to 60k the more aggressive the resale value drops. This is one of those vehicles I would buy off lease CPO for well under 30k with a warranty, not new.

    • @2steaksandwiches665

    Great vehicle, but it has a problematic engine. There is a lawsuit right now for timing chains problems. Had one and now it is no longer mind because the timing chain and crankshaft sensor couldn’t be fix. Also the all four camshaft sensors were change. Couldn’t get the engine fault light to go off. The 3.6 engine is known to have this problem. Not saying you shouldn’t buy this vehicle, but do the research. The only thing that holds this vehicle back is the engine.Otherwise it is truly a luxury suv. Will never buy this again. At 95000 mile new timing chain and gears. At 114000 miles, engine light came on. New crank sensors and cam sensors. Light never went off after a reset. Garage to me to get rid of it. Traded it in and lost money on it. I took a beating on price they gave me, $5000. Lost. Had a hard time parting with it, but I did. Brought a Toyota Highlander.

      Hey @psteal1 I read your post and feel your pain! I had a 2009 Buick Enclave and got rid of in 2022 and also bought a Highlander. I didn't have the timing chain issue (yet), but a transmission and engine computer issue, plus my car kept having the issue where it would not crank even though I changed all the related relays. The reliability of these GM SUVs is poor, although when they are working they are awesome. I got even less for my Enclave, but had to part with it. What good is the Enclave as a family SUV when you cannot trust it to haul your family in reliabily.
