Honestly Shayne is just a very caring person in general. They talked a bit about the fears video at the end of this and that's actually one of my favorites of him because of the way he is there for Olivia and talks her through it. He would make a really good counselor/therapist if he ever wants to use that Psyche Degree he has lol. Just an awesome dude.

Getting the IV became like normal for me from like the ages of 2 to 8/9 because I would be in the hospital hooked up to it every 1-2 months for like a week. It really isn’t that bad as long as you stay still and relax while they put it in, and then u hope they put it on your hand so you can move freely, but thankfully when they wanted to put it on the inside of my elbow, the hospital I went to had this wooden thing in the shape of my elbow, and then they would make me put it with this tape they had on when I wanted to move my arm, so I didn’t move it the wrong way. So I had the wooden thing on basically 24/7 and it would make you feel sore if you had it on too long, so that was the only downside. I had tonsillitis which made me go to the hospital a lot, but once I had surgery to get it removed, a couple of years ago, I stopped having to go to the hospital so much and I’ve only been hooked up to the IV twice after that. Glad I was forced to do the surgery, cuz I didn’t want to, but my mom made me do it. But I got used to it cuz they would hold me down while I was screaming and crying, and it would only make things worse. Sorry for the trauma dump lmao 😂

Whats the context of the ian cheated on pam thing
Courtney was hiding behind Shayne when Ian sprayed Pam
They were playing 2 truths and 1 lie. Ian misunderstood the rules and got his truths and lie mixed up. It appeared like he was confessing to cheating on Pam but that was his lie. Only he got it so mixed up that it seemed to be a truth. So the awkwardness was everyone in the room thinking they were watching Ian's relationship end on camera. Pam was thinking she was finding out she had been cheated on. It was all an honest misunderstanding. Ian was just notorious for not understanding the 2 truths, 1 lie game after that. It became Smosh Lore.
Just adding that Pam and Ian were previously in a relationship and had already been broken up a while before the video. They were still friends after breaking up so that's why she came on to do the video
