Love the new green chrome and the current bronze chrome. This bike is a gem and does not need deep changes. The only thing I wish they modify is the valve adjustment period. Do this intervention every 5.000 km is a real inconvenience. Apart from the great value of the bikes and the classic paint schemes, I like the enthusiasm of the RE staff and the marketing of the brand. Still remember the old Himalayan video commercial filmed in the mountains: best I have ever seen.
I test rode the chrome/bronze a few months back and loved the color, look, and ride. I DO wish they'd put a bit more motor in it though. Maybe the 450 Himalayan should be the donor?
No new slipper clutch, not that it really needs that anyway in a retro styled bike that can't go above 110-115 kmph. The heel-toe shifter is comfortable by itself. For all the updates, the general list is around 7 new colours, adjustable levers and LED headlight+indicators.
One drawback I have observed over the years and no one seems to notice is the rear mudguard, the distance between the tyre and the mudguard should be equal/uniform from one end to the other. As it comes down to the rear the distance shortens. See all the other international brands. If you notice the front mudguard the distance between the tyre and the mudguard is the same from one end to the other.
They should have given a bobber like low seat, and also handle bars should have been more like old thunderbird...that would have given an entirely new look..

Personally about the instrument cluster, it would have been even better if they had used new himalayan's or gurrellia 450's TFT screen, then it would be even more superior product. Also, can you add alloy wheels on that chrome green variant as an accessory or not?

Finally LED lighting. Now it actually looks like a neo retro not just retro, hopefully the mechanicals have been updated too like slipper clutch etc
