You were out collecting flowers in the woods when suddenly you felt a cold collar on your neck. Your immense magical talent suddenly fades away leaving nothing but a cold empty feeling. You feel the effects of a sleep spell hit you before your consciousness fades away. You awake to a rival monarch holding you captive, he's not stupid enough to actually touch you without your consent but he's trying his best to get that consent. Little do either of you know your royal husband has found out about your disappearance, knows who did it, and is on his way in force.

@@PinglyASMR especially since in that time period men weren’t allowed in the room during the labour and delivery so I kinda imagined the king pacing in the throne room or outside the room his wife is in

That's true, I don't think our King would be able to turn his Queen down. Plus, after a kidnapping attempt, he's probably not super into the idea of her being without him for hours on end even if it's during labor!

Flattery doesn't get him anywhere most of the time, but it certainly never hurts!
So many things to like about this! The simultaneous threatening and comforting, being so affected by the collar he mentions it TWICE despite also recognizing that it is basically an instrument of torture ("yes, okay, honey, we can discuss a collar, just not THIS ONE"), the teleportation, absolutely recognizing that the queen is going to want revenge, the holding hands at the end...just a whole lot.
I'm so glad you liked it! I'm really still surprised this got as big as it did but with comments like this I definitely have ideas on what to do with a third part or just a new story!
