- No longer own this siren. Finally got around to testing my Q siren I got over a month ago, and it sounds awesome. For now, running it off jumper cables, and made a seperate video of it going off using the brake, so stayed tuned. Also since I joined Burnoie today for 2 siren tests, I wont be uploading my versions of what they uploaded today
Man that never gets old
Frrr
This is an older Q. Very nice.
That one is the mechanical siren. That is the main type of fire truck siren that we hear most of the time
Miss this sound
Seems like the type of Siren you would see on some fire trucks
That's what Q's are used for they are usually mounted on fire trucks. I haven't seen a fire truck where I live without at least one of these mounted on it
This is for fire trucks
No dip
Its bc it is...
No shit sherlock
Best sounding Q ever
Still sounds like codemiko technician...
all you need now is some old style airhorns ;)

This is music!!
I wish i could buy one to wake up my mom
i dont know if its the sound of the camera or the siren but something seems of pitch wise
It’s because it’s damaged
@@aidanmcgregor8789 yes it was damaged the owner of that siren is a hood friend of mine we spent several hours trying to fix it but its cost prohibited
Motor bearings need to be replaced, the wind down is too fast
sean juth that's usual for a Q2B, at least as I've always seen/heard them
Daniel A my local fire department has q sirens, they have a wind down that lasts 5 minutes
Then this wind down is fast, not slow
If the bearings are bad, the wind down would be fast. So this one does not have bad bearings.
Benjamin Esposti that is waht I meant to say
sweet piece!
awesome video dude!
Yeo, sounds like technician.
These are like what 1980s fire trucks use
Nah bud they are still heavily used today
Amtrak 3501 is that a fire truck siren
Nice sounding q!
I have one of these for the horns at my local fire station(these for fire trucks) and at my aunt's birthday I was at a fire station
Sounds like an A320 NEO!!
