- I unbox my 35 year anniversary edition SuperCrossBMX AMX 250. I got the baby blue, 26" version of this frame. I build up the frame with parts from the prototype of this frame I've been riding for the last 9 months.

Hi, congratulations on a great BMX frame with an uber cool celestial color! Small tip: It is advantageous to facing frame shell for the bottom bracket before installation because it is uneven due to paint there.

potts mod front disc brake. that's cool.
Works better than a 990 and it’s easier to run. Only issue is I have to get my headset perfect before running the brake cable down the Allen key slot lol

I dig this bike! Do you prefer a 26" or 29" bike?
I like to do a little bit of everything. Flatland, wheelies, goofing off on rides around town. The 26” feels like the bikes I grew up on so I will always pick a 26” over 29”
If I’m riding a long rideout where I’ll just be riding and doing wheelies, I’ll grab the 29”.

Yo Issac, what size headset did you use? I bought a amx250 with supercross s 250 fork. I see speed line has 3 styles. I’m thinking 1 1/8 1.5 pro tapered. Is that correct? Thanks in advance brother. 🤙🏻
We don’t have tapered head tubes on the amx250 so you’re good with the standard 1 1/8. Stoked you scored one bro

I’m up in WA, but hope to make it to dirtyfest 3 next year, camp with the family and meet some of you all who I share Bmx passion with. Pandemic was lame, but brought a lot of us back to our 70’s and 80’s inner child🤙🏻
What bottom bracket spline and cranks did you use
Profile elite cranks. Came with the threaded bottom bracket, crank arms, axle and bb spacer in a package. 68mm bb shell
