Could the court just dismiss the case and ignore forging a signature on a will? It seems to me that the judge would have recommended charges. This is a serious breach and a crime!
It was never filed. It shows premeditation of course, but scribbling something on a piece of paper, even w/ a forged signature isn't a felony. Civilly it was more pivatile as he got to keep most of his estate even though they were married for over 20 yrs. ;-)
