I have some questions :
1. Where can I get the heatsink you used here ?
2. Why no resistor (10 ohms or so) is used along with capacitor in zobel network at output pins as it can cause oscillation or motorboating sound from the speaker ?

Bro, tea2025 at bridge mode outputs Dc to speaker so it can damage it if we don't use output coupling capacitor (1000 uF) which is not given on datasheet

Bhai input supply kitni rakhi h or speaker kitne ohm ka h kyoki mene bhi banaya but mera chal nahi raha h

You didn't mention anything about the heatsink and where we can get it ?
This IC is 5 Watts so it will be very hot during working on full power continuously
