I used to struggle a lot with acne too! About 2 years ago I started eating clean which helped with my gut issues and also cleared up my acne! whatever goes on inside our body is reflected in the exterior
aw your little message about going to visit and check up on your grandparents if they’re close by and the clip of dinner was so cute!!!! 🥹🥹 loved this vlog
Marla, you are such a ray of sunshine! The way that you live your life and dedicate it to Jesus is so beautiful and very impacting! Thanks for sharing a snippet of your time with your grandparents 😩💕 I definitely teared up. So so sweet!
Love your vlogs so much. They're so genuine, so natural, and just true to you! So refreshing to have people like you on TH-cam/social media. I wish you the best results with your Accutane journey! I struggle with acne too, and have for most my life so I understand the struggle! ❤️❤️
watching this video makes me realize how close i'm with my grandparents, growing up i would always spend like one week with them over the summer every single year without my parents and it has brought me so much closer to them! i have such a special relationship with them, i'm going to stay with them later this month and i just love spending time with them.
Marla, thank you so much for bringing us along on your moving journey! It's giving me the courage to think about doing the same, although the thought of moving out of my childhood bedroom is nothing short of terrifying 😫. Maybe you could do a video on things you wish you'd known before moving away from home? How to prepare? What helped? Sending so much love from Germany ❄️❤️
I was on accutane for 9 months (30mg). My face was soooo bad, like big painful cysts. My face started clearing within the first month. I'd strongly advise you to stock up on aquaphor because your lips will be DRYYYYYYY. And also just moisturize everywhere you can.
I just recently got off acutane. I was on it for 7 months and it helped me so much. I now don't really even need to wash my face or anything but everyone is different. But while you're on it, be really mindful of your mental health. I've heard many bad story's of people feeling insanely depressed and I even became very depressed again when on acutane. While going off of it helped, I haven't been the same since. Please be mindful and keep yourself accountable and talk to people!!
I did Accutane probably 8 years ago, and it still keeps my skin like 80% clear! I don't regret it at all. Vaseline and Aquaphor were always attached to me, and they helped a lot.
Hi Marla! I'm 26 and I have struggled with my skin since my freshman year of college. If you haven't yet, you might want to consider getting your bloodwork done, specifically having your hormones tested. It's possible there's something going on with your testosterone/estrogen/progesterone levels!
I think the breakouts in your skin is the cause of stress that's been bombarding you the whole week could also be a hormonal change. Anyway, hope it's getting better now. God Bless Marla! I enjoy watching your videos ~ xoxo
My friend got booted while she was living in student housing in Orem and she had a parking pass. She told the complex and showed them her pass and they had to refund her for the 2 boots she got. Management should refund you for the boots you received.
Marla!!! I have been struggling for the past 2-3 years as well and just started seeing improvements with my current routine. Will share in case you want to try any of the products. -aveeno calm/restore oat cleanser (AM and PM) -aveeno calm/restore oat gel moisturizer (AM and PM) -the ordinary salicylic acid serum in clear bottle (give this one time to work I’ve been using it 3-4 months) I use once or twice a day in AM and/or PM -cosrx snail essence (at night 2-3 nights a week) -Olivia care rosehip oil at night (mix 3 drops with moisturizer 2-3 nights a week) it is a natural retinol, has vitamins, makes your skin so soft -differin acne scar gel (use on dark spots every day/every other day) this made a difference literally overnight -bliss jelly peel (super gentle exfoliator, I use 1-2 times a week before normal cleanser in AM) These are all super affordable and I swear I will continue this routine for years/until it stops working!!!!
I’ve heard before that when you fall in love or start feeling a certain type of way about someone your hormones change and can cause your skin to break out 🤔
Benzoyl peroxide, the ordinary zinc serum, and a homemade spray recipe with 100% aloe Vera, tea tree oil and water will forever change ur skin I PROMISE
