A sidenote for anyone confused about the formation: If you watch the choreography closely, the center rotates based on their final rankings in GP999. Everyone gets time in the center which I think is a really nice touch in the choreography.
I think they constellation should be based on talent and abilities, not on their final rankings 🥲 they are all amazing, the last rankings are mostly dancing in the background
It's never going to be absolutely perfect and I wish that perfection wasn't expected. I think that having the center rotate, at least in this choreography, is fair and makes sense. As someone else pointed out, it's a group of nine girls. Someone will end up at the back at some point but at least here, they don't stay there.

i'll never get tired of Hikarus dancing, she adds strength the right places, everything is clean/still (no shakes or such), and makes her look almost 3d rendered (uses a ton of "motion/dances" in MMD so the best way to say it//)
Chaehyun ranked #1 and will be center. There's no merit to the ranking system if there's no benefit to being #1. It's how all other Produce seasons went as well. She's even centered when they sit together for Vlives and started this performance (centers always start the song.. at least in the beginning of their careers). Not hard to get lol.

What I like about Yujin is she does everything JUST right, she is a perfectionist to the core. In center she takes the spotlight but doesn't overdo it, she gives the whole group power but doesn't outshine it. She dances strongly and gracefully but don't overdance or underwhelm her movements a single bit. She is like a solid core the whole group can rely on. The other girls will only develop and be stronger from now on. Let's go Kep1er, to the skies and beyond!

I sensed it. They did it with izone by distributing the center to the top 3. I'm just happy they still found a way for SXT to be center.
But also, the parts of Yujin, Dayeon and Hikaru were so powerful. Just wow.
