A substitute for a dodge when low on stamina and a way to heal, legit only use it in hesca under rare situations tbh but its nice to have when you have it, especially if you get the koshai's bloom amp
I can definitely make one. You just need to tell me the element, any cells you do or don't want in the build, and how much survivability you want/need. I also have a video on my main hammer build if you want to check it out.

Thats really up to you, if you enjoy chains then stick with them. I use every weapon so I freely swap between them. The weapons are balanced well enough that you can do any game mode with any weapon.
I plan on making tutorials for every weapon after Xmas as I won't have to use my family's pc for content at that time. The easiest way to interrupt with the axe is jump and do a horizontal swing while moving to the left or right (depends on what one u prefer and the behemoth you are fighting). It can take a bit to get used to the timing but its a good boop. Just keep in mind the axe can boop with any of its attacks i just said the safest way is jump and swing.
As a hammer main i wouldn't say that. Of you enjoy slot hits but all of them are big bonks than ide say axe is for you, other than that axe falls behind in just about every other category.
