It's the only way to learn I went off of his psu upgrade video to change mine. If you have the 30l with a 2060 gpu and a Ryzen 7 3700x processor.. then you are going to want to change the cooler and the gpu.
I dont like to down anyones video, but u dont have to do anything similar to swap out your cooler. take the other side panel off and the cpu backplate is easily accessible from there. also, i wouldnt trust factory installed thermo paste. get your own and apply the X pattern.
I have a 30L prebuild that came with an RTX2060; I'm not super-smart with building a PC, so I went with a prebuild. I looked up what were acceptable temperatures and my system runs ok; I did use Ryzen Master to undervolt the 3700x it comes with and that really helps the CPU. I also replaced the RTX2060 with a Zotac RTX3070, and that GPU runs within comfortable temperatures. While I don't need to do anymore to the system, I would definitely like to add better cooling and a better power supply (the current 500w PSU doesn't have issues, but once I start upgrading, I will definitely need to start feeding the machine more power). Actually you can remove the back plate to sabe removing the motherboard, it has just one screw you remove from the inside at the right of the power supply, so it should be easier right?
There isn’t a cutout on the backside of the PC. The screw beside the power supply just lets you take off the other side panel. If there was a cutout on the other side behind the motherboard then you could change it without removing the motherboard.

what should i use to remove the back bracket on my motherboard if i dont have the plastic tools
Guitar picks, a plastic spudger, something that is plastic, hard yet soft, not sharp, and be very careful.
it's never a good idea to use anything to pry against a motherboard, especially in an area around the CPU with so many soldering points. It's just asking for trouble.
Instead, pull from the edges of the corners of the arms of the backplate, if you continue to go all the way around, be patient and you can pull it off without tools.
