i did some testing with the range, im pretty sure the damage fall off starts at 80m, and the fall off is minimal, really fun to catch people off guard guard at longer ranges with this gun
In my opinion this is better than xp-54. Xp-54 is easier to use initially but once mastered the LH1 trumps the xp-54 at almost all ranges. Yesterday in ranked I third partied two teams. I got 5 kills in 10 seconds without reloading (everyone had a little less 100 hp). I simply couldn’t do it with the xp-54 without reloading.
A great recommendation is the thermal vision. I was skeptical about using it at first, but after using it in one match, it became a go-to once i realized how much better it highlighted people than i expected!
I didnt do the testing, BUFFM60 make the spreadsheet that i use :) i think iirc someone tested the dmg in a quickplay on seoul or skyway with a friend. I usually link spreadsheet in my vids if i use it and if i remember to link it :p
This video literally turned my good LH1 skills to complete crap. It took me an entire day to unlearn what this man says in the video. He probably only used the gun for 30 minutes. I have a good 10 hours on it and getting more.
I disagree about not hipfiring, the LH1 has a deceptively good hipfire spread, there's a decent effective range so its not necessary to barrel stuff your opponent. Of course ADS when its good to do so, but if you gotta move faster than ADS speed AND shoot, its great. I agree about shooting while jumping tho, guess it needs to have that bad trait for the damage and range it has.
With the lh1, I always end up hitting every shot except the lethal one and end up dying to 5hp opponents.
Same, throw a pyro or frag before starting those fights if you can

I stoped using this gun due to the vignetting effect you get when ADS. Great weapon, but that’s annoying and unnecessary imo. Great video, btw!

technically there is damage falloff, but it’s very minimal, and it is very far out as well, really only effecting those super long range shots.

I just hate how the ADS darkens ⅔ of your screen, its so horrid to use.
