223 vs 12ga, or How I learned to stop fearing and love recoil

This is from a presentation I put together for a class I took on instructor development. In short, I don't like the AR15/.223 platform and I'll one day go into the history of the new rifle program, that evolved into the intermediate rifle and small caliber high velocity program.
