Mam, i am graduate in English honours and have done B.ed, but my English speaking is not good as per reputed convent schools standard (being from hindi medium background), i am very concerned about it because my employability almost none and government jobs is nearly extinct, what should i do i cant get, i am very concerned about my future, i am from lower middle class background and i have to look after my parents , please suggest Am i suitable to opt IB course or not ?

I wanted to know if completing a TESOL course will get me any additional advantage over other candidates...I don't intend to go abroad anytime soon. TESOL courses are quite expensive so I would like to make an informed decision.

What the heck? Atleast please don't mislead people by making such videos! The link you provided to know more about the IB courses is broken! The IB course provided at Christ University is a 1 year diploma course with a fee that comes around 1,19,000 INR and Agha Khan Academy? That's a school that offers education to kids under the IB curriculum! Pathetic!

They want more than B Ed and yes salary is high :)

But why B.ed is minimum qualification because courses like PgCTL which is international teaching qualification is much more practical than B.ed
But B Ed is the valid Indian Teaching Degree that they can vouch on :)

I thought salaries are more than 50 k in IB school. Even cbse and ICSE schools pay this much salary.
