Things I only noticed after watching multiple times: -Deimos coughing at the missing note -Hank appearing after Dei messes up -Girlfriend's little surprise animations when Deimos aims behind her -The snipers appearing behind the boom box -Sanford manually rolling down the window, shooting the agents while Dei is reloading, being shocked he actually hit them, and turning back to driving with a smile and rolling the window back up -Every shot agent being animated -Sanford's bomb
Best part is that cough was legit. It was originally a mistake in the recording booth, but it got left in thanks to a suggestion from the actor to make that a scenario where Deimos misses some notes.
I like that on 3:19 after Deimos coughs, Hank just appears at the side helping for a second and disappears later. And also notice the lack of comments talking about Hank's small appearance lol

Probably one of the most ambitious projects I've been a part of, even if it's by the sidelines. Every single person involved is incredibly talented, and it's an honor to see unfold. J-Bug and Demento, incredible work, and although it may have taken a toll on them, they stuck with it and it was incredible. Saster's work with the music is great, too. And to see that we managed to get THE voice actors for certain people on the team.. Y'all see that once the premiere starts.
Okay, so no one else seems to have noticed this: When Deimos goes "Got ya" at around 3:00, there's a little unique animation of him waving the gun around before he continues his slaughter
There's so many awesome little details. Like on 3:14 Sanford shooting down a grunt and laughing, Hank in the background at 3:20, Deimos swalloving the cigar, GF looking suprised when Deimos shoots her way, everything is so well made!
Can we talk about the way BF is being carried at 0:41 to 1:02 and that "whee!' sound he made? I thought it was hilariously adorable! Everything about animation, the music, and the voice acting are amazing! Was worth the wait!
the top things i love about this: 1: through the whole song, the drums in the back keep it together 2: sanfords face after he shoots an agent, laughing 3: sanford just in general, bopping to the music 4: the Soldats after they get shot, tumbling on the road great work my man, one of my favorite fnf mods to date!
Honestly, seeing the amount of work everyone that's worked on this has gone through, is honestly insane. The chart has been done for a while I've been watching them work on this and they've taken their time, and just put absolutely all of their effort into this. Just wanted to say, as someone who's making artwork specific to the upcoming J-Bug Bundle mod version of this animation (y'all won't see me in the credits for this lol) seeing Vs. All the little things make this perfect, Deimos coughing and Hank backing him up, BF holding his mic out whenever it's Deimos' turn, all the sheer *personality* in this, I'm horrible at fnf, but I love it and I wanna play it

I love how before the song starts, Deimos' thumb has a flame over it. A hilarious nod to his lighter thumb from the ACTUAL Madness Combat. ...Why is nobody talking about how cool that is.
The fact that both Boyfriend and Deimos share the same health bar and that Deimos has to kill the A.A.H.W. to restore your health just shows how different this mod is and shows that it's gonna be one of the most unique mods out there. Great job!
Fun fact: Krinkels ( Creator of MC series ) confirmed that Deimos and Sanford have absolutely no last name, so I think when Deimos asks Boyfriend what his name is it is apart of the joke. Other fun fact: I think that the background for this mod is based on MPN (Madness Project Nexus) when Deimos and Sanford drive a truck to escape after probably blowing up a AAHW ( Ageny Against Hank Wimbleton ) Building.
Annihilation-LOL from Martian Mixtape and Week 2 of HoloFunk both did it first, but this song definitely puts the most amount of detail into the opponent missing.
That was genuinely insane. Well worth the wait, can't believe it's been since August(?). The visuals are astounding, the humor and voice acting, the song SLAPS. I could go on and on, but this is definitely one of my top 3 mods now.
The amount of attention to detail in this is amazing! The interesting health bar, Hank appearing in the background, and Deimoses extremely embarrassing miss pose really bring this animation to life! Props to everybody who worked on this amazing video.
3:20 love the little cameo that has hank in the background killing agents in one of the trucks in the background Even though Hank didn't have as much participation, I like to know that when his friends are in trouble he comes to help even if he has only killed a single truck of agents.
I like to imagine the reason as to why BF's joined "The Crew" is that he can't be killed unless through a rap battle, and in this animation, this rule seemingly applies to all of those participating in the battle, effectively rendering BF, GF, Deimos, and Sanford all untouchable, hence why none of the agents actually try to attack them.

Fun fact about 3:18 When Deimos coughs out the cigarette, you can see he missed a note (which is why he turned to the purple colour) and the bar goes down. Cool little attention to detail.
This entire masterpiece oozes with raw talent from each and every person who worked on this. The entire thing started out as something small, but gradually got better. i'm really enjoying some of the little details you guys put into this! i love how deimos chokes on his cigarette at 3:19 and it's actually gone for the rest of the song. you can even see it flying off for a sec! also seeing hank quietly helping them out in the background is pretty damn cool too edit: some additions thanks to the replies! deimos actually does miss the note too, and both health bars take damage from it gf dodges out of the way every time deimos has to shoot past her 3:13 sanford takes his eyes off the road to help out and starts laughing to himself, and then at 3:29 he helps out again by tossing an explosive at the last car once again, really impressed with how much love you guys put into making this! cant wait to play this in the future
I love the detail of Deimos missing the note for so many reasons. The animation that plays of him choking on his cigarette is so nice and I love the consistency of him losing the cigarette after that. His health bar decreasing is something that you’d likely miss during gameplay so it’s a nice touch. This is shaping up to be a gorgeous mod, proven by how much detail is crammed into one aspect. I’m really looking forward to playing this.
I LOVE how the health bar works, probally inspired by the blood bar or whatever its called in project nexus original. When deimos kills someone the bar goes up, but when you miss it goes down, with no way to refill it untill deimos kills someone again.
I like that one tiny detail that Deimos didn’t actually used a lighter to light his cigarette. Like in the series and in all the episodes, he somehow used his thumb to light his cigar
Holy crap, this looks amazing! I'm guessing the health bar can only be raised by Deimos' kills, and lowered by BF screwing up? Really excited to give this one a shot. It fits the vibe of both series really well.
Maybe spacebar for Deimos to shoot and if you take too long to press space bar Deimos would have their healthbar get lowered because Deimos would get shot by any threats
5 months later since commenting and I still absolutely adore this. The main thing that really gets me is that the music actually feels like you’re there, cruising on the back of the truck. This especially comes into place when the city appears in the background which I never noticed before, which is the best part. This is just perfect.
This went really hard. The voice acting, animation, art style, music, everything just looks so official! The whole team behind this did an absolutely phenomenal job!
Small details that i could found: 1.The face on the paper also die when the grunt die 2. Sanford put his head out of window to shoot the enemy 3. Hank appear in the background at the city to slash those grunt 4. Deimos turn into purple and coughing because he smoking too much 5. Sanford throw a bom to the truck when the song it's finish

Yeah uhhh, ngl I prefer the full leaked version over this one, some things souns nicer, but they made the deimos voice all deep or smth, but its still insane. Wow Also I knew deimos would do that weird "dying" gag thing at the end
Everything about this is so GOOD!! You can tell how much love has been put into this and the little touches it has, like GF being surprised every other gunshot (and also looking at the direction the enemies are being shot at!!), Sanford occasionally shooting and throwing the grenade at the end... And of course the song, holy shit. The last drop hits HARD! Amazing job on this!! Edit: Forgot to mention the awesome cutscene at the start and the overall insane animation this whole mod has. Incredible!
I am absolutely speechless with how well made this animation is. Some things that I really liked when watching it was obviously the song, the art, and animations, but what I really liked when I rewatched this video again was: - When Deimos kills an enemy grunt, both him and BF recover HP - Deimos misses health and loses HP cause of it (3:17) - Hank helping kill the enemy grunts. (About the same time when Deimos misses his note). (Edited) - At the end of the credits Deimos moves to look in your direction (4:23). To everyone who worked on this project, well done!!

Some details that not many notice is that Sanford opened the window at one point and killed an agent with a small pistol and laughed right away. when deimos fails a note it is also seen that his life decays a bit and he recovers it again when he kills another agent
Dude there is just details everywhere. -Hank appearing on the background and killing people -Deimos actually missing a note when coughing and the miss sound effect playing. He also gets a purple type filter on him which is the same filter BF gets if you miss a note. But wait there's more! Deimos also loses his cigarette when he coughs and it stays like that for the rest of the song. -Sanford trying to help Deimos with his own gun just to run out of bullets after 2 shots and return to driving while laughing to himself -GF leaning to the side "shocked" when Deimos shoots someone behind or near GF -Sanford blowing up the truck in the end with a C4 (or something like that I don't really know) -BF getting a slightly different animation when saying "Oh yeah!" -The teaser for the game over screen in the end of the video This is such an awesome project!
Not only does the music and references make this so awesome, it actually looks fun to play! The charting isn't "Spam arrow keys to win" but it's also not too easy.

Ok so Deimos is just... amazing. I love his characterisation here, especially "Let's chew ass and kicm bubblegum." Also Boyfriend's "Weeeeeee" when he's being yeeted onto the truck is adorable

Crazy that after almost 2 years, the best Madness Combat song made for FNF (with Accelerant being a close 2nd) still hasn’t made it into an actual mod.
Words definitely aren’t enough for how excited I was for this. Not only did you get the original VAs for sanford and deimos from Project: NEXUS (and also got him to say ugh multiple times), but you included so many jam-packed references to the main game and series (for a blatant example, a gag that deimos can light cigarettes with his thumb) that didn’t involve a single Protag or antag *without taking the spotlight** from the dynamic duo (I just watched it again i saw hank at 3:20, regardless that's just as goddamn cool). The art for the background, sprites, and animations are so detailed and well put together, too. I’m all for the music, and listen to it all the time, and I just couldn’t help jamming to this, SASTER EVEN INCLUDED AN EIDOLON STEP MOTIF!!! I loved that song and this one… Deimos cough was pretty funny too, did NOT expect that either. Holy shit… The whole team who worked on this animation are all inspiring, and I’m extremely glad you guys took your sweet time with this. I have no better words I can give to describe this feeling.
Can’t wait to see this as an actual mod. This has been progressing slowly but it’s turning out really well. Hope this will eventually turn into a whole week. For example; song one, they meet and escape; song 2, what was featured here; song 3, they make it back to base. Then week 2 is based around Hank and Tricky, then Week three would be Jebus and Auditor, week 4 expurgation. Then we have the on going project: Escape from Nevada.

This is one HELL of a video, the amount of effort that's been taken here is so damn good and here are some points I will mention: - A great detail about Deimos torching his cig is that he uses his thumbs as a way to get smoke like in the original series - Instead of Boyfriend's and Deimos's icons in the health bar being against each other they face the opposite direction and fills up when Deimos shoots someone - Speaking of him shooting, this will probably gonna be in the mod where we shoot the enemies since our health increases everytime we shoot an enemy - A minor yet awesome detail is that GF dodges the bullets in the same direction where Deimos shoots - The change of background from a road with a mountain on the side then to the city of Nevada was really epic - When Deimos was singing he choked on his cig which is pretty funny, but kinda true since he's singing making his mouth open (Invisible mouth tho...) - My favorite part is where Deimos says "There You Are", that shit gives me chills - Saster as always giving them bangers, his music is great and the song really gave its all - Like Accelerant, those gunshots make the song even better - I love how Hank appears in the background mid-song just to kill some agents This just goes to show how much they've dumped into this awesome video. This is also gonna be a mod which is BIG HYPE!

I love the Eidolon Step motif, also. Chew ass and kick bubblegum was fockin wonderful. Another thing to add is how the VAs in the beginning helped a lot with the personalities of Deimos and Sanford, Jesus the fact you got Johnny Utah in is amazing
Great job! I sure was waiting for this one and was even better than I expected. The little details like GF being slightly shocked when Deimos shoots her direction, Deimos coughing because of his smoking, Sanford shooting out of the side of the truck and then laughing, and even Hank on of one of the agent trucks with the Dragon Sword make this even better. Tons of effort was put into this and I hope that other mods like this could be made. 10/10 Probably the best mod I've ever seen. My personal favourite part was at 2:31 :)

Probably one of the most ambitious projects I've been a part of, even if it's by the sidelines. Every single person involved is incredibly talented, and it's an honor to see unfold. J-Bug and Demento, incredible work, and although it may have taken a toll on them, they stuck with it and it was incredible. Saster's work with the music is great, too. And to see that we managed to get THE voice actors for certain people on the team.. Y'all see that once the premiere starts.

The chart has been done for a while I've been watching them work on this and they've taken their time, and just put absolutely all of their effort into this. Fun fact: Krinkels ( Creator of MC series ) confirmed that Deimos and Sanford have absolutely no last name, so I think when Deimos asks Boyfriend what his name is it is apart of the joke.
Other fun fact: I think that the background for this mod is based on MPN (Madness Project Nexus) when Deimos and Sanford drive a truck to escape after probably blowing up a AAHW ( Ageny Against Hank Wimbleton ) Building.

I like to imagine the reason as to why BF's joined "The Crew" is that he can't be killed unless through a rap battle, and in this animation, this rule seemingly applies to all of those participating in the battle, effectively rendering BF, GF, Deimos, and Sanford all untouchable, hence why none of the agents actually try to attack them.

I love the detail of Deimos missing the note for so many reasons. The animation that plays of him choking on his cigarette is so nice and I love the consistency of him losing the cigarette after that. His health bar decreasing is something that you’d likely miss during gameplay so it’s a nice touch.
This is shaping up to be a gorgeous mod, proven by how much detail is crammed into one aspect. I’m really looking forward to playing this.

5 months later since commenting and I still absolutely adore this. The main thing that really gets me is that the music actually feels like you’re there, cruising on the back of the truck. This especially comes into place when the city appears in the background which I never noticed before, which is the best part. This is just perfect.
This went really hard. The voice acting, animation, art style, music, everything just looks so official! The whole team behind this did an absolutely phenomenal job!
Small details that i could found:
1.The face on the paper also die when the grunt die
2. Sanford put his head out of window to shoot the enemy
3. Hank appear in the background at the city to slash those grunt
4. Deimos turn into purple and coughing because he smoking too much

I’ve already heard the full version of this song when it leaked, but I am still very excited to see the finished animation and to play it when the J-Bug Bundle releases.

And of course the song, holy shit. The last drop hits HARD! Amazing job on this!!

I am absolutely speechless with how well made this animation is.
Some things that I really liked when watching it was obviously the song, the art, and animations, but what I really liked when I rewatched this video again was:
- When Deimos kills an enemy grunt, both him and BF recover HP
- Deimos misses health and loses HP cause of it (3:17)
- Hank helping kill the enemy grunts. (About the same time when Deimos misses his note).

Some details that not many notice is that Sanford opened the window at one point and killed an agent with a small pistol and laughed right away. when deimos fails a note it is also seen that his life decays a bit and he recovers it again when he kills another agent
I love how Hank shows up for a moment to help, then sees Deimos killing everyone and is like "You guys got this? Aight Imma head out."

Words definitely aren’t enough for how excited I was for this. Not only did you get the original VAs for sanford and deimos from Project: NEXUS (and also got him to say ugh multiple times), but you included so many jam-packed references to the main game and series (for a blatant example, a gag that deimos can light cigarettes with his thumb) that didn’t involve a single Protag or antag *without taking the spotlight** from the dynamic duo (I just watched it again i saw hank at 3:20, regardless that's just as goddamn cool). The art for the background, sprites, and animations are so detailed and well put together, too. I’m all for the music, and listen to it all the time, and I just couldn’t help jamming to this, SASTER EVEN INCLUDED AN EIDOLON STEP MOTIF!!! I loved that song and this one… Deimos cough was pretty funny too, did NOT expect that either. Holy shit… The whole team who worked on this animation are all inspiring, and I’m extremely glad you guys took your sweet time with this. I have no better words I can give to describe this feeling.
Can’t wait to see this as an actual mod. This has been progressing slowly but it’s turning out really well. Hope this will eventually turn into a whole week. For example; song one, they meet and escape; song 2, what was featured here; song 3, they make it back to base. Then week 2 is based around Hank and Tricky, then Week three would be Jebus and Auditor, week 4 expurgation. Then we have the on going project: Escape from Nevada.
Still think of how much more intense this could be with all mods in a storyline
After we beat whitty we randomly ealk into another alleyway with garcello.after his week we need to use the restroom and the only one we can find is ina church that sarvente owns after all her songs and ruv's we head home to chill but get randomly sent a bloody game catridge containing sonic exe and after all of his songs we go to carols house to chill and sunday's mod plays out after that we head home to go eat some grub but OH NO A RANDOM TELEPORTER I WONDER WHERE IT LEADS TO(Its Madness Combat) and we meet tricky after his songs we try and find shelter in this heckhell we call madness combat and find deimos and sanford demolishing a base and after this song madness combat 6 happens and u meet antipathy hank after a few months of living in this world and after his songs OH NO ANOTHER RANDOM TELEPORTER I WONDER WHERE IT GOES(its dave & bambi) u land near a house & a farm and meet dave and bambi who thought u were stealing corn(Thats fake)and after all oh his dumb charted mess for songs u find another teleporter that goes to your house and get sent another bloody cartridge and get sucked into the game Mario madness yayyy fun after their songs its a longgggggggg night and gf worries about where you are and meets hypno while your for some reason in the void with Gold and after his song u end up at cinnabar city and wish u could see gf again and then BIG WHITE THING Fades back into existance and sings agianst you and after all of that u get to finally wake up again cause surpise it wasent real hurrayyyyyyy.

Oh. My. Jebus. This is one HELL of a video, the amount of effort that's been taken here is so damn good and here are some points I will mention:
- A great detail about Deimos torching his cig is that he uses his thumbs as a way to get smoke like in the original series
- Instead of Boyfriend's and Deimos's icons in the health bar being against each other they face the opposite direction and fills up when Deimos shoots someone
- Speaking of him shooting, this will probably gonna be in the mod where we shoot the enemies since our health increases everytime we shoot an enemy
- A minor yet awesome detail is that GF dodges the bullets in the same direction where Deimos shoots
- The change of background from a road with a mountain on the side then to the city of Nevada was really epic
- When Deimos was singing he choked on his cig which is pretty funny, but kinda true since he's singing making his mouth open (Invisible mouth tho...)
- My favorite part is where Deimos says "There You Are", that shit gives me chills
- Saster as always giving them bangers, his music is great and the song really gave its all
- Like Accelerant, those gunshots make the song even better
- I love how Hank appears in the background mid-song just to kill some agents
This just goes to show how much they've dumped into this awesome video. This is also gonna be a mod which is BIG HYPE!

I love the Eidolon Step motif, also. Chew ass and kick bubblegum was fockin wonderful. Another thing to add is how the VAs in the beginning helped a lot with the personalities of Deimos and Sanford, Jesus the fact you got Johnny Utah in is amazing

Great job! I sure was waiting for this one and was even better than I expected. The little details like GF being slightly shocked when Deimos shoots her direction, Deimos coughing because of his smoking, Sanford shooting out of the side of the truck and then laughing, and even Hank on of one of the agent trucks with the Dragon Sword make this even better. Tons of effort was put into this and I hope that other mods like this could be made. 10/10 Probably the best mod I've ever seen.
