Since I switched to the vegan diet and cut out meat, dairy and eggs, the bad taste I always had in my mouth disappeared. I don’t need a tongue scraper, because my tongue is not coated anymore. It was an unexpected effect and I love it ❤

From what I understand, zinc chloride is the only real effective thing with minimal side effects, however, and unfortunately of the eight brands that are listed in a brief second towards the end of the video, only two of them has zinc chloride in it. No mention was made of flossing. When I brush my teeth and floss after, it’s amazing how many morsels of food are dislodged, which would otherwise rot and, presumably, smell as they did so.
It might be that all we have to do is to brush and floss before going to bed, and brush again in the morning. And not risk adverse side effects from chemical mouthwashes; effects that may not become known until much later.

Floss pushes up the bacteria into your gums. Certain flosses like Oral-B brand are made with toxic PFOAs. I prefer an interdental toothbrush. I'm not pushing anything up into my gums.

I had to use both chlorhexidine and diluted camomile drops daily after my orgnathic surgery to prevent the risk of infection. My tongue and some of my teeth became a little stained, but this completely disappeared within a couple of weeks after I stopped using them. Chlorhexidine is important to help prevent infection after oral surgery, the effects of which would be worse.

Love eating whole food plant based. Never have been healthier. Zero pain with IBS I suffered since childhood. Yes I was on Keto for over 30 years as in low carb (Atkins, then Keto, attempted Carnivore on and off was SICK as like no one else. My body yelled at me! Finally when I listened to my body, my life has never been better and not only am I better but I myself and my family are no longer harming animals or the environment. Excellent side effects all the way around.

He did say the best was alcohol-free which means that its Halitosil ZN. But that's hard to get. So I guess its Listerine original !
