I think this plays into why howard never quits radio. He knows the shows not good and there’s very little effort, but it’s his entire social life & life’s dream wrapped up into it. Without it he’s nothing. As he said he has zero meaningful relationships outside of it
All performers are created out of a warped relationship with one or both parents. They crowdsource the love & attention they couldn’t get at home as a way to deal with it. Howard had his mom’s complete attention, but had mostly none from his dad. He then becomes a performer who chooses radio - the industry his dad worked in - to force his father to acknowledge him. He can’t give it up because it helps him deal with issues he’s always had with his dad.
@@steveknick1978 No, not all performers. Theres so many performers who dont like the fame aspect, they just share the gift they have whether thats being an artist, musician, actor etc.
@@sapphirelatina disagree, but you’re entitled to your opinion. Just look at this show, don’t even step outside that (which we could also do) Howard - father verbally abusive Robin - father physically abusive Fred - biological father abusive Jackie - both parents were alcoholics Gary - mother had mental illness Artie - father was on trial for counterfeiting when he was born Sal - saw his father beat up his mom when he was 6/7 It’s true almost 100% of the time. Joe Rogan has the exact same story as Sal, father beat his mother in front of him at a young age (& Rogan hasn’t talked to him since). These things aren’t a coincidence.
Cant believe Robin has the cure to unhealthy attachments. "You can decide to change it" crazy that no one ever thought of this before. What a revelation. I'm healed.
Howards right that Robin doesn't understand how therapy works. When you face all of your problems it is painful and difficult but its so much brighter on the other side. Robin refuses to have any type of therapy and we all know shes a narcissist so she needs to zip it on this issue.
It sounds like his kids started to rebel against him & blame him for their family falling apart. He says in this clip that it has to do with “family issues”.
I had never heard that Artie call at the end before…so funny! It is the follow up from the “Artie Breaks His Diet” videos.
How about the caller was right we shoulda learned how he backslides here.
Robin to howard i think youre hiding a lot of things
Man i miss real callers
It's over Johnny
OK?
I hate hate hate hate Chaunchey he thinks he's a mini Howard.
This argument with Dominic sounds exactly like the same argument that Howard had without Sal a year later 🤣🤣🤣🤣
wow this was so good. weirdly vulnerable howard. total hypocrite for sure but hey, he had to fill four hours day

People using beepers in 2004? Lol

Howard years later admitted the guy scared him he stopped going. Was going 4x a week him made that therapist rich.
When?
Stuttering John is so not funny
Howard is the king of gaslighting. He would shit on Ronnie and when Ronnie reacts he would make it like Ronnie is crazy

Definitely. You can see how much brighter and happier Stern is now after 30 years of therapy. 😂
Therapy is useless
Howard never ever gave out a number, how did the callers get thru?
And it opens up immediately with more wiggy BS... the therapist never said a word about talking about his sessions, he literally lies about everything
His ex wife made him go in the first place. Now that psychiatrist is his cover so the media stays off his back
It is super creepy that you think you know about his personal life and relationship w his psychiatrist.
It sounds like his kids started to rebel against him & blame him for their family falling apart. He says in this clip that it has to do with “family issues”.
Cool that you know what his therapist said to him
how can wiggy talk that way to dominic
By opening his mouth and speaking?
Robin is just awful
Lol Howard was full of shit in this one...
In this one? Or in every one?
