How did you like the castle? And do you think the castle is worth the visit or is it over rated? 😁

Hello! I know this castle is closed between November and March. But I would like to know if it is possible to visit the outside of the castle, especially the bridge. I have a trip to Germany in January and I would like to be able to take some pictures of the outside area, especially the front part with the bridge. Thanks.

Hello, this should be possible because everything outside of the castles main gate entrance is hiking trails. When I was there, we were one of the last people to leave and the bridge was still accessible to hang out on, and the gate entrance had closed there doors already. Wishing you a lovely future vacation 💗

Okay my second Video on your channel, and I will subscibe it.
Fun fact: Elz is so iconic that it was even shown on old German Mark bank notes. Look here: de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:500_DM_Serie3_Rueckseite.jpg
