I've followed MJW since the mid 90's. We had to study those considered the best martial artist in the world. This man is by far the most disciplined and complete martial artist I have ever seen. Most people think he is an actor who knows martial arts, but in actuality he is a martial artist who happens to be a great actor.

By the way, I have seen footage of him in competitions, he can fight, he prefers acting than being a professional fighter, loads more money and less damage to the body. You don't have to be an MMA fighter in the UFC to show to everyone that you can fight. I think that kick alone says a lot, you have to be skilled to perform a move like that, imagine what else he can do.

I went to see him because there was some kind of show/party that was happening. He came to Stafford, Virginia down by a boating dock/lake area. Back then, years ago, he was a little bit heavier than he was in this youtube video...
