    This exercise make you feel so energise, after doing it with a little back pain I had. I always flex them but this pain occurred.

    Thank you so much for this! I have scoliosis and the largest curve is in my mid-thoracic area. I just did this routine for the first time and already feel my shoulder blades moving better. This is a perfect routine for working with one of my biggest problem areas. 🙏🏻

    I’ve been having some quite painful shoulder & neck issues through the holidays and just found your special video for this. Wow it’s amazing how much this 1st exercise helped. I’ll definitely include it in my daily Pilates...thank you sooo much Rachel for helping us take such good care of our [older] bodies 👵🏻

    Rachel, this was FANTASTIC, everything your doing for us feels jus grand! yo9u have a technique that is superior than anyone i've seen. i did have a shoulder issues, but this seems to hit the spot!     Thank you. I'm a violinist and I have a right rotator cuff injury. Using the bow is excruciating
    so I'm grateful for any help I can get! Physio cancelled because of covid.

    Brilliant exercise for anyone with a shoulder injury. I have rotate cuff injury and do find some shoulder exercises difficult. I follow Rachel advice , to work to my ability and if pain no further. I will be doing the workout at least twice a week. I would recommend this workout to anyone especially those with shoulder problems, also Rachel's 'Let's talk about shoulders' Thanks Rachel ❤😊xx

    Thank you for this. I have shoulder problems, enjoy exercise , but find that most other channels just assume that you are fully mobile!
    I have done a couple of your routines and really loved them. You explain everything so fully that I feel confident in what I am doing.
    This shoulder sequence is exactly what I need, to keep going.
    I'm looking forward to trying even more of your workouts.

    Thank you for this video. I am in my late 50s and having trouble with stiff shoulders. I looked for exercises to stretch and strengthen this area and this fits the bill exactly! I already feel better after one session so will continue with them regularly. Thanks again.

    Yesterday I fell off my bike, onto soft grass, so not hurt except I banged down onto my right shoulder
    exactly where I had a bad ski-ing injury 13 years ago. Ouch ouch, but not nearly so bad as then when I tore a hole in the tendon....So I tried this amazingly helpful session.Cant do it all with my right arm yet, but hope to be able within a week or so. Am I doing the right thing Rachel? I am 75.

And thank you for emphasizing that you don't have to do the stretches perfectly right away! :-) One question I have is about sitting cross legged- I just can't get comfortable sitting that way. Should I work on that or should I just sit in a different comfortable position while doing these exercises? Thanks again! Will definitely be following you!

    Hello, I love your videos, really helpful and easy to follow! I have a long standing shoulder issue and have been doing your video for this. There is one exercise though which I find really difficult to do and get right - gliding the shoulder blades to the spine while on all fours. Are there any alternative exercises I could try that achieve a similar effect? Thanks so much!
