First Mother and First Married MISS COLOMBIA/ Camila Avella/CONGRATULATIONS!

Camila Avella, the new Miss Universe Colombia 2023, is a journalist, a wife, and a mother of one.
The first married woman and first mother to represent Colombia in the Miss Universe competition is 27-year-old Maria Camila Avella Montanez from Casanare, Colombia.
She has a daughter with her businessman husband Nassif Kamle. Avella works as a journalist, a TV host, and a model. She grew up in Casanare where she was born.
Avella was accused of having a manager, Fernan Martinez, and an active employment contract as the host of the TV program "Desafio Super Humanos" on Caracol Television, which led to her disqualification from representing Casanare at Seorita Colombia 2018.
Avella was proposed to by Kamle on December 25, 2019, and she accepted. They were wed on June 20, 2020, and in April 2021, they had a daughter named Amelia Kamle Avella.
Avella competed in Mexicana Universal 2023 on September 2, 2023, at the Puerta de Oro Centro de Eventos del Caribe in Puerta de Oro, Barranquilla, Colombia, against 23 other contestants.
Avella will represent Colombia at Miss Universe 2023 on November 18, 2023 in San Salvador, El Salvador.
After Michelle Cohn, 28, who won the title of Miss Universe Guatemala 2023 on August 6, 2023, she is the second mother who has been confirmed to compete in the international beauty pageant.
It's anticipated that Cohn and Avela will face off against more than 80 other contenders. Two of them are Michelle Dee, a bisexual woman from the Philippines, and Rikkie Valerie Kollé, a transgender woman from the Netherlands.
