Hey broski can you help me a lil im making a total conversion with SPID and need advice on getting it to function properly since i saw on your other video you made one similar to what im doing if you want to make the conversion with me you can do that too
Do they keep these voices in combat scenarios? Bcs I might actually start feeling guilty on my DB playthrough, if the guards actually don't sound like identical robots all the time and maybe, just maybe... actual characters ;) Either way, it's definitely a mod I'll end up endorsing on Nexus :>
Odd that you should think that. One of the voices uses speech to speech from the Male Nord Commander voice and is basically a female version of this accent, not in the slightest bit American sounding. Skyrim itself has many accents, including British, American, German etc.
Only ONE Problem - it all sounds the same - monotonic and without any diversatation, nor classification ... If the guard is a Nord, Khajiit, RedGuard, High-Elf, Dark-Elf or what ever race ... they ALL SAY and SOUND ... the same. AND ALWAYS THE FUCK*NG SAME SENTENCE! Come on, get real and "over-work" that project, hmmm ?! 😉 That is not enough for a "Diversaty Mod" , sorry.
@@JobiWan-UK Nah he has a point tho. All of them do indeed sound the same and monotone. It can be difficult to emulate accent/intonation in AI voices but I've seen them done before.
@@JobiWan-UK Okay, it doesn't cover all possibilities of every single person using mods which differ some (but not all) guard races, but that kind of ask is incredibly tall. This is a Bethesda issue. As for monotone? As if they weren't already comedically monotone... It fits! Personally I appreciate the immersion aspect of hearing more than just one voice, so cheers! ^^
That is pretty interesting and well done. Don't listen to those Milk drinkers that always complain.
Good work ;)
Thanks. Yeah, some people just are down on everything, doesn't bother me. Mod's doing very well on Nexus.

They share some of the vanilla combat sounds with some of their own. Taunts are new for example.
@@JobiWan-UK Oh, cool! ^^
Its a shame that their accents are all American, which does not match the accents of all the other guards

Just don't use it and stick with all the females guards having the Female Nord voice type then.
