Fun to see folks digging their first bullets. Just a tip though regarding the hole with all the bullets and the coin. It seems that it was a small trash or fire pit. You really needed to expand that hole bigger. I have dug many, many Civil War and Revolutionary war fire pits and hut sites and it is important get the hole large and dig it all until you hit undisturbed soil on all four sides. You’d be surprised at how many relics can hide from a metal detector unless you expose all the soil in the “use layer” of a pit.
Yes! A buckle that is very likely to be a Knapsack Buckle from the Civil War, and a 1930s kids wagon wheel! My film crew and I are heading to Florida soon, to search Treasure Island beach! Hope I find something good!🤞🏻
Oh my Gosh we had the Best Time! It’s crazy the emotion that came from finding such old treasures from the past! Just thinking of the last person to touch these things just really gets to you or it does me! Thank you guys for being so Wonderful Me and Billy had the Best time! You guys and your Garrett Metal Detectors are Top Notch! Murray and Jace was icing on the cake!! Thank all of you guys!!!
You guys from Garrett and Mr Robertson should come up to West Virginia and let me turn you on some really cool hunting me and my hunting buddy Sam hunt...old coal camps from the early 1900s... super fun.. COAL MINING COUNTRY WV
You obviously don’t get out and detect. If things were planted, someone would have pulled up a gold coin or something really spectacular and not a bunch of Civil War bullets. In states such as Louisiana, Virginia, etc… when you get permission to hunt on land, especially areas where Civil War activity occurred, you are almost guaranteed to find those kind of bullets and other artifacts from that time period. You might want to watch more TH-cam videos and do some research, better yet, get out and do some real metal detecting instead of making absurd comments.

Planted hunt. No one wants to watch a hunt where you place things to find. Just because he's on the show proves it.
