So here I am sharing homemade soap for a milky white fair skin. This is a natural skin whitening soap without any harsh chemicals and ingredients which will give you fair, soft and crystal clear skin.
If u don't want to use Baby Soap / Dove Soap as the base, then u can use following soap base:

I used jhonson baby soap, initially it didnt get meleted, and later it got burnt.i dont think jhonson baby soap is as good as before. Just used the blend as face wash and it was awesome. Moisturing and very soft

Hi Rabia, I was very impressed on ur video so I tried, only thing instead of dove or baby soap I used Sandal wood soap, it was not soft as shown in the video. Wn v add rice flour with milk n start melt or combine with mixture it will cook n thinken up then hw will u get soft texture
