The songs are up beat, but I feel it’s still dark tho. And I really like the album 😭😭💜

When I first listened to the bsides I had just watched the Killin Me Good MV so I was kinda in a more Pop/dance headspace so I wasn't sure what to think of them, but after listening to them each multiple times all the songs have such an emotional impact that I find myself just randomly singing them closing my eyes and vibing, reminds me of 90s/00's R&B. I'd be interested after a day or two if you had a similar experience.
Oh I should add Jihyo did talk a bit about writing for each song on her live album view thing with Jeongyeon.
