Hello Abhinav, Thankyou! for the detailed video. Could you share the power/torque figures post the build ? Also would like to know how much the top speed has increased :)
The bike hasn't been dynoed. So no idea about the figures. And the top speed has come down since I am using shorter gearing. It tops out at 118 for me now.
Actually sir I have a question... aapne jo big bore piston wagera ye sab changes kiya hai, then you have to add more engine oil than recommended quantity right???
Abhinav fascinating stuff. I have a question maybe you or Atul can answer : should I use 300 v 10W40 on my brand new xpulse 200 4v. It’s just got 500 km on it. - Cheers
Bro i recently bought xpulse 200 bs4 carb variant I feel something messy with abs What it was can u have any solution for it? In bs6 because of oil cooler heat reduced or not if so is it possible to set oil cooler on bs4 engine nd how much does it cost nd what are the things to buy .And another dbt what is the mileage of stock xpulse
Hi, get your Xpulse to the nearest hero service for the abs issue, they'll change the faulty ecu for free. I have done it already. And use fully synthetic oil, it brings down the engine heat issue.

Bro ... One question ...
After this big bore kit --- doest it effects the mileage of the bike ? ...
Yes. Mileage goes down.

Can you do something like this for the impulse... would love it..
Hey bro why you guys didn't used the gasket between block and head?
Se puede hacer esa modificación a 230 sin modificar la ECU?

Que tal amigo con esa modificación, cual es la velocidad máxima que adquirió la moto
Hey Abhinav;
Can you make a video for all the mods with costs that has gone into this build.
It will sum up on how to make a perfect xpulse
Sure.

Plzz do a dyno run vs the stock
Can it also work for bs 4 x pulse
And how much is the cost for minimum modification
Any idea how much power it makes ?
Crazy build.!!! Whats next now.?
Fine tweaking it.
How will the high lift cam impact the torque, where is it moving the band?
I'm guessing you'd need to test the bike for that.. and since the build is complete, would be tough to measure with respect to the stock one.
I'll have to check it against a stock bike.
How many horses does it have now
What stage cam is used from nmw ? Stage 2/3/4 ?
Where is this service center?
Size of cam shaft?
It's really good, if you could use nmw racing gear box, it's only a suggestion
Will look into it.
