Me and some friends have actually noticed quite a bit of desync going on as well, on my screen I didn't touch his car but on his I'm continuously pushing him to the side, other way around as well. Not sure in this case tbh but hoping they find a solution for the desyncing so we can actively tell who's ramming and who isn't.
i have noticed that when the game ghosts you before a collision, sometimes your car is not ghosted for the person you were about to hit. meaning that, on your screen, you just ghost through them, but on their screen you just send them flying with unstoppable force
A friend of mine actually is the one with the desync. He pushes us off the track, while on his screen it's us becoming an immovable object, pushing him off the road. It's been that way in both FH4 and FH5... It's like he's cursed or something LOL

Lately I’ve been wanting to play strictly A class. Even with boneshakers and gtrs dominating it, it just feels like the most fun out of all the classes. I wonder if they’ll ever implement filters to only pick a certain class. Or bring back the horizon 2 voting…. Probably not
I love riding B, A and S1 class. I love riding both off and on road but I do want to pick whatever I want at a specific time. You can chose drifting but you can't chose street/circuit or off road. The biggest flaw of the game in my opinion.
A class is the most fun and most difficult category. Don't let any of those S2 and X class drivers tell you otherwise - with there superglue brakes and traction. A class is still fast but to get the best times you have to drive right up to the limit and nail every corner, every braking zone, and corner exit with limited grip and braking. It's more like actual driving. Admittedly the higher class require quicker reactions but mistakes are more forgiving. Also has the greatest number of plausible cars if you overlook the obvious OP choices...
@@Eat-MyGoal I would argue that A class is more forgiving. If you're late on the brakes in A class you'll slide a bit and lose some time. If you're late on the brakes in s2 you're going to teleport into the shadow realm

I played S2 Road Racing today , which is stressful enough. I was beta testing the new Ferrari FXX K Evo. A guy on the last corner of the last lap in a Koenigsegg CCGT tried to ram me out of a checkpoint, I slowed down, he ran into a wall, and I got 1st.
This seems most likely. If the controller was disconnected in the first race then he wouldn't have still been steering, and would've been sent to the pause menu, and going by the second race I doubt he was being a good sportsman in the first one.
You ain't seen rammers until you play with the [AR12] followers. Even in the team event 'the trial' They will literally ram you off and use you as a breaking wall on even turn

Second race coming to the checkpoint he used a tactical push to get you to slow down so you wouldn't miss the checkpoint to protect the lead (not necessarily trolling, but not exactly clean either.) second move he went for a block at the line and wound up making contact.
