Absolutely my two favorite comedians! I met Lewis Black at a comedy club in Houston...probably when he discovered the Starbuck across the street from the Starbucks. It was just down the street. Never laughed so hard in my life...maybe a little stoned. Anyway we met him at the bar after the early show but I was too f’d up to have a real convo. Very funny guy for sure. Hope to see KM some day...funniest woman alive!

Please stay, Lewis! I never miss a chance to see you. I saw you several years ago when you appeared on the UNC Chapel Hill campus in a little theater, the name of which escapes me now. Unbelievably the crowd was sparse, and it seemed like I was one of the few people in the audience who "got" you. I think maybe Bush was in his final days as president at that time, just to give you a time frame. The most memorable part of the show was when you were talking about your colonoscopy, and that the medication the used to put you under gave you the best sleep you ever had. I had recently had my first colonoscopy, so I could totally relate. It seemed like you figured out that I was one of the few people who "got" you, because I applauded and laughed at the appropriate places. Anyway, I had a wonderful time and wanted to thank you for that night.
